Only 50min from Melbourne NOW INCLUDING: OUTDOOR Shower (perfect to rinse off after a dam swim!) 3 TOILETS 1 INDOOR Shower FULL FITOUT SHOWER/BATHROOM. A perfect blend of Australian natural beauty meets farm. With over 13 acres of water and 250acres of beautiful bush, this property provides plenty of experiences. We offer plenty of activities.... yabbying, fishing, bike riding, hiking, swimming, animal sight seeing, star gazing, most importantly, a beautiful setting for bonding with family and friends. Superb location on 50min from the city . Easy access off main bitumen road. Full phone coverage with all major telecommunication. 3 Minute drive to our local IGA/Lancefield Bakery and a pharmacy/ doctor. Petrol station conveniently located up the road (for fuel top ups and gas tanks) 5kms+ of tracks, and 13 acres of water/dams (3 dams in total). Also all lakes are easily accessible off track/roads with a 2wd vehicle . Our farm is also actively involved in sustainable honey production with our 10 hives. Ask us for a private tour of our amazing hives!! We can happily provide with you a personal firepit plus wood for a fee at $40 per one buggy load. Ample space between campers... no longer feel cramped. Fishing (trout, red fin, silver perch, eels) Yabbying Bird watching Native animal sightseeing Hiking on our many tracks Mountain bike riding on our many tracks Swimming in the summer ( campers are encouraged to bring pool float toys/doughnuts/beach shoes recommended for entry) Enjoying the ambience of the lakes Canoeing/kayaking (not currently supplied) Star gazing Bush craft Fire pits offered when available Firewood offered at a fee ($40 for one buggy load) OR collect fallen logs/around at no charge) Bathroom shower access including power for phone charging OUTDOOR HEATED SHOWER (new) Great for a rinse off straight out of the dam or for a general freshen up.
