Our beautiful farm is located beside the Logan River and is a little natural oasis close to everything. The campsites offer lush green grass and are set on the bank of the Logan river where you can go fishing. We have a boat ramp that you can use to put your boat, kayak or jet ski in.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish wth them on departure.
There are fire pits available for guests to enjoy, please check local restrictions before lighting a fire. Firewood is available $35 for a full wheelbarrow.
We have a tennis court that you can rent depending on availability, we also have equipment for hire, if your interested please ask us for prices.
Our farm has chickens, ducks, goats and guinea pigs. We also have an abundance of wildlife from all kinds of birds to lizards and possums. If you're lucky you may even spot one of our koalas, kangaroos or foxes.
Please keep in mind that we have animals and you need to close the gate behind yourself. Unfortunately we do not accommodate pets due to our farm animals being free ranged.
Also sorry but no guests who want to stay during the day or just want to pop in allowed as we have had problems in the past.

The Kingfisher and Platypus Campsites have larger waterholes than the Stockyard Creek Campsite, are great for fishing and swimming as you wander the 2km of river frontage . They both have easy access off the main Kerry Road.
Friends love our campsites for catch ups, the bird watching, small historical or nature walks around the property and of course the cool waterholes in the Albert River.
Other groups use Kerry Valley Secret as a base camp for hiking adventures in the wilderness end of Lamington National Park.
Bring your togs and floaties to cool down in the waterhole on the Albert River.
Don't forget the marshmallows to roast on the fire at night (firewood provided).
Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.
All campsites have basic toilet facilities (a portaloo) and firepit (with a free bag of kindling provided). Stockyard Creek Campsite also includes a picnic table.
Exclusivity is a feature of all our campsite and for that reason we only take a flat rate booking. Once you have booked no one else will be able to camp at the site, it is all yours.

You can either relax or get out and about as we are located near the famous Sirromet Winery and walking distance to Mount Cotton’s popular Eastern Escarpment walking and biking trails and amazing views up at the summit of Moreton Bay and across to the Glass House mountains. Venman Bushland National Park is just up the road and offers great walking trails. Daisy Hill Conservation Park is also a short drive away which is a great spot for a picnic and offers mountain bike trails, walking tracks and a BBQ area.
Moreton bay access is also close by with a short drive to either Victoria Point, Cleveland or Redland Bay.
In addition, the property has beautiful walking trails.
Campfires permitted however must be kept within the allocated fire pit and must be outside of restrictions.
You must have portable toilet and be fully self-sufficient. All waste to be removed by campers upon departure. We would like to preserve this site for all future campers so please ensure that you abide by our rules.
Generators welcomed, to be switched off between 10pm and 7am.
Please be mindful of loud music after 10pm - please adhere to this request else you may be asked to leave.
Unfortunately, to preserve our wildlife, no pets allowed.
4WD Required for this property.
We cannot accommodate large caravans at this stage, due to the access to the site (steep gravelled driveway) and track to campsite has some bends not suitable for long vehicles)

Running Creek is a lovely flowing creek which is very inviting in summer and the park offers a great bush camp.
Toilets, BBQs, picnic tables and swimming. BYO drinking water. Pets to be restrained. No showers—a dip in the creek will keep you clean but please don’t use soap or detergent.
Directions: At Rathdowney, turn left into Running Creek Rd and travel approximately 17km south east.
Campers & Day Trippers Rules:
The Park is for everyone to enjoy, so please adhere to a few simple
guidelines while enjoying this beautiful park.
By using this park you agree to the following rules.
All vehicles entering the park must observe 10 Km per hour speed
limit.
Fires must be extinguished prior to departure.
Park users must clean up their area when leaving, by taking all
rubbish, including food scraps and disposable nappies with them, so
the next users can enjoy the Park as well. Do not burn your rubbish.
It must be taken with you!
The disposal of nappies in the grass around the waterline, and in
fire pits, is a serious risk to human health, the health of the
creek, surrounding stock and the ecosystem!
Please be respectful of other camper’s space & privacy! Do not set
up on top of other campers.
Generator use is restricted to 4 hours per day between the hours of
2pm to 6pm.
Dogs must be on short leads and confined to your campsite at all
times.
No music or noise after 10pm, noise level must at all times be at an acceptable level so as not to disturb other users.
No antisocial behavior.
No camping on creek banks.
No playing around toilet block area.
No livestock to be kept on the park.
No cutting down trees.
No person to travel in the load area of vehicles.
No motorcycles other than on the formed roads or when moving between
your campsite and the road.
No stock whips, firearms or weapons of any sort, chainsaws, drones

We are only 8 minutes from shops in town and a short drive for all of the Scenic Rim's attractions. We are in the heart of The Scenic Rim.
The camping grounds is private and picturesque in our back paddocks - looking back over our olive grove and out to the great dividing range. We have fire pits set up in the camp area - please bring an extinguisher, wood and matches. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges.
Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers.
At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use.
Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them.

Malabar Farm is a working Beef and Equine property situated in walking distance (600 metres to the Hotel) from the idyllic village of Uki. Steep in farming history, was originally a part of the logging district and later operated as a dairy up until early 2001. The farm nestles in to the foothills of Uki and the Twin Sister Mountains. The southern boundary is 2 klm of Tweed River. 3 permanent creeks meander through the property providing an abundance of wild life and camp sites to dream of.
The long stretch of Tweed River frontage provides for fishing (bass aplenty), and canoeing. The equine training and breeding section of the farm is to be visited by appointment most days, and for safety reasons is not commonly accessible.
Petting of small animals is an optional extra for children and beginners, can also arrange a riding lesson in one of the 2 enclosed arenas, as another optional extra cost.

Our beautiful farm is located beside the Logan River and is a little natural oasis close to everything. The campsites offer lush green grass and are set on the bank of the Logan river where you can go fishing. We have a boat ramp that you can use to put your boat, kayak or jet ski in.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish wth them on departure.
There are fire pits available for guests to enjoy, please check local restrictions before lighting a fire. Firewood is available $35 for a full wheelbarrow.

Our farm has chickens, ducks, goats and guinea pigs. We also have an abundance of wildlife from all kinds of birds to lizards and possums. If you're lucky you may even spot one of our koalas, kangaroos or foxes.
Please keep in mind that we have animals and you need to close the gate behind yourself. Unfortunately we do not accommodate pets due to our farm animals being free ranged.

Binoculars and boots are a must for bird watching and exploring our walking tracks through the forest.

Daisy Hill Conservation Park is also a short drive away which is a great spot for a picnic and offers mountain bike trails, walking tracks and a BBQ area.
Moreton bay access is also close by with a short drive to either Victoria Point, Cleveland or Redland Bay.
In addition, the property has beautiful walking trails.
Campfires permitted however must be kept within the allocated fire pit and must be outside of restrictions.
You must have portable toilet and be fully self-sufficient. All waste to be removed by campers upon departure. We would like to preserve this site for all future campers so please ensure that you abide by our rules.
Generators welcomed, to be switched off between 10pm and 7am.

Running Creek is a lovely flowing creek which is very inviting in summer and the park offers a great bush camp.
Toilets, BBQs, picnic tables and swimming. BYO drinking water. Pets to be restrained. No showers—a dip in the creek will keep you clean but please don’t use soap or detergent.
Directions: At Rathdowney, turn left into Running Creek Rd and travel approximately 17km south east.
Campers & Day Trippers Rules:
The Park is for everyone to enjoy, so please adhere to a few simple
guidelines while enjoying this beautiful park.
By using this park you agree to the following rules.
All vehicles entering the park must observe 10 Km per hour speed
limit.
Fires must be extinguished prior to departure.
Park users must clean up their area when leaving, by taking all
rubbish, including food scraps and disposable nappies with them, so
the next users can enjoy the Park as well. Do not burn your rubbish.
It must be taken with you!
The disposal of nappies in the grass around the waterline, and in
fire pits, is a serious risk to human health, the health of the
creek, surrounding stock and the ecosystem!
Please be respectful of other camper’s space & privacy! Do not set
up on top of other campers.
Generator use is restricted to 4 hours per day between the hours of
2pm to 6pm.
Dogs must be on short leads and confined to your campsite at all
times.
No music or noise after 10pm, noise level must at all times be at an acceptable level so as not to disturb other users.
No antisocial behavior.

No playing around toilet block area.

We have fire pits set up in the camp area - please bring an extinguisher, wood and matches. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges.
Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers.
At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use.
Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them.

We are only 15 mins from Mount Warning and 30 mins from Byron Bay. There are plenty of National Parks, bushwalks, cycling paths, near by fishing spots and historical places to visit. The fantastic Northern Rivers Rail Trail is just across the road. We are located near the quaint village of Stokers Siding. Enjoy 13 acres of picturesque countryside with running creeks, lush green paddocks and a fruit orchid.
We have very friendly alpacas who love selfies, and Scottish babydoll lambs who love meeting people.
Set up your campervan or park your caravan on the edge of the flowing creek shaded with lush foliage overhanging from the trees. We only offer two sites for your peace and privacy.
There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note this is just a farm portaloo not a glamping bathroom. Please make sure you clean it on departure.

- We are dog friendly
- No amenities so campers must be self-contained and leave no trace
- Firepits available on both sites. Feel free to collect dead debris from around the property.

Malabar Farm is a working Beef and Equine property situated in walking distance (600 metres to the Hotel) from the idyllic village of Uki. Steep in farming history, was originally a part of the logging district and later operated as a dairy up until early 2001. The farm nestles in to the foothills of Uki and the Twin Sister Mountains. The southern boundary is 2 klm of Tweed River. 3 permanent creeks meander through the property providing an abundance of wild life and camp sites to dream of.
The long stretch of Tweed River frontage provides for fishing (bass aplenty), and canoeing. The equine training and breeding section of the farm is to be visited by appointment most days, and for safety reasons is not commonly accessible.
Petting of small animals is an optional extra for children and beginners, can also arrange a riding lesson in one of the 2 enclosed arenas, as another optional extra cost.

The property is a 300 acre working farm with horses, cattle and a friendly dog named Wal. Campers are welcome to explore the many walking tracks on the property as well as the bordering national park.
Just a 800 metres from Clarrie Hall Dam, spend your days picnicking and paddling amongst the stunning scenery. The dam is stocked with Australian Bass for a fun day's fishing.
Take a 5 minute drive to Uki a township where you will find an abundance of arts and crafts, weekend markets and a host of alternative/natural therapy practitioners. You'll reach the larger town of Murwillumbah in just 15 minutes and the famous Byron Bay in under an hour.
Explore the nearby Northern Rivers Rail Trail - 24km of trail through working farms, lush rainforest, wide bridges and original train tunnels.

This place is phenomenal. The surrounding area and views are stunning, the grounds are very well kept and tidy. On site toilets are clean and the provided hand soap is a nice touch.
We were not bothered once during our camp, and felt very comfortable.
Had so much fun exploring along the creek and dipping our feet in.

The grounds and amenities were very well kept and Barry was a great Host. We had a caravan and arrived on Saturday morning for a one night stay. Unfortunately it made getting a flat site a little tricky, but apart from that a great weekend. Running Creek across the road was gorgeous and a great place for a cool dip.

Our second stay at Christmas Creek Bush Retreat was just as incredible as the first. The property is absolutely stunning, with large, spacious, and well-positioned sites that feel private and peaceful. The host’s communication was excellent, and we were lucky with beautiful weather, which made the trip even better. We brought friends along this time and they had an amazing experience too. Definitely one of the best sites we’ve stayed at in the Scenic Rim through Hipcamp — we’ll absolutely be back!

We loved, loved, loved our weekend here! Plenty of space to set up well away from the one other campsite. We appreciated that the lawn was well-mown. It was very easy to slip into relax mode sitting outside soaking up the views of the creek and the grand old trees. Unfortunately, there wasn't quite enough water in the creek for swimming on this occasion. The stars at night were spectacular. Fantastic location across the road from the Rail Trail. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location with an outlook of rolling hills and a mountainous backdrop. Once I found the camping area, I chose my own site which was quite private. I did reach out to the owners for some assistance, which took them some time to respond, but when they did, they were quite helpful. I would stay again.
