There are plenty of activities to try around town, from bushwalking, exploring the Rail Trail in Murwillumbah and downhill mountain biking at the Uki Mountain Bike Park (Less then 8Km from our property).
The property is just
5km from the beautiful village of Uki. Uki is a place where community spirit hums. Village markets every Saturday selling local foods and crafts. The Old buttery offers ‘the Uki Buttery Bazaar Market’ on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
Don’t forget to pop into the Uki Trading Post (Bastion Lane) for the Best coffee in Australia. The Mt Warning Hotel situated in Uki Village also offers all meals as takeaways and a complementary curtesy bus running from Friday 5PM through to Sunday. Stock up on supplies at the village General Store.
Pet welcome on leash and under control. Campfires are permitted within local regulations.
We do have a bathtub’s on four sites. Campers should leave no trace.

Running Creek is a lovely flowing creek which is very inviting in summer and the park offers a great bush camp.

Directions: At Rathdowney, turn left into Running Creek Rd and travel approximately 17km south east.

The Park is for everyone to enjoy, so please adhere to a few simple
guidelines while enjoying this beautiful park.
By using this park you agree to the following rules.
All vehicles entering the park must observe 10 Km per hour speed
limit.
Fires must be extinguished prior to departure.
Park users must clean up their area when leaving, by taking all
rubbish, including food scraps and disposable nappies with them, so
the next users can enjoy the Park as well. Do not burn your rubbish.
Generator use is restricted to 4 hours per day between the hours of
2pm to 6pm.
Dogs must be on short leads and confined to your campsite at all
times.
No music or noise after 10pm, noise level must at all times be at an acceptable level so as not to disturb other users.
No stock whips, firearms or weapons of any sort, chainsaws, drones
or fireworks allowed in the park.
No use of detergents, soaps or shampoos in creek.
No washing dishes or clothing in creek.
No hitting of Golf balls.
No cricket with cricket ball (tennis ball ok).
No swings to be tied to trees.
Anyone who is non-compliant may be directed by park management to leave the park and if so must leave without delay. Non-compliance
will be referred to local Police and you may face legal action for
trespassing.

This is a full working farm and we restore vintage caravans and classic cars. You will see us pottering in the garden or walking our poodle, but we will leave you to your privacy.

We are only 8 minutes from shops in town and a short drive for all of the Scenic Rim's attractions. We are in the heart of The Scenic Rim.
The camping grounds is private and picturesque in our back paddocks - looking back over our olive grove and out to the great dividing range. We have fire pits set up in the camp area - please bring an extinguisher, wood and matches. The camp grounds has an easy access and campers have had no issues levelling out on the gentle slope or go higher up the paddock to the trees and the ground is level with the best views of the mountain ranges.
Olive View Farm is ideal for self sufficient campers.
At the front of the property near the bus shop we have permanent picnic tables set up for anyone to use.
Dogs on a lead are welcome - we have lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies and we want to protect them.

Situated a 1/2 hour drive South of Beaudesert, following the signs to Rathdowney and turning onto Christmas Creek Road that veers to the left. 26kms along the very picturesque Christmas Creek Road and you arrive at a little bit of paradise in the Scenic Rim. So much to see and do in the area, a short drive to the Lost World Tourist Drive and Tommerups Dairy to name a few. Further along Christmas Creek Road takes you past the Christmas Creek Cafe and onto Lamington National Park and bushwalks to the Stinson Memorial Crash Site and Larapinta Falls. So much to enjoy in the Scenic Rim.

Border Main Range National Park. Emu Creek Valley 20 km. Which places you close access to many park walks include 2km from the start of the Lincoln Bomber Walk. Or walk to the STEAMERS. Prow Funnel Mast Stern. Spring and Bellbird Walk on Broangus, commanding views of surrounding peaks.

My 100 acre grassland property is mostly natural ironbark grassland, bounded by the Condamine River to the east and the sealed Cullendore Road to the west. * MIDCAMP.. 7 level sites approximatly 200 meters up from the Comdamine River, and overlooking (and access to) the rivercamp, surrounded by mature "Iron Bark" trees and grassland, Plus several more dispersed sites, suitable for all types of camping from Vans to Tents.
This area also includes a small number of powered sites
* TOP CAMP.. This open area is approximately another 150 metres up the hill from from midcamp, overlooking both Mid & Rivercamps, with 360deg views, has 3 large flat sites. plus many more dispersed sites, also suitable for all types of camping vehicles
*Wood for your campfire is available to purchase, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Escape to the peace and quiet of Eco Farm Nature Retreat, a spacious bushland campsite just a short drive from Brisbane. Set on a working Permaculture farm surrounded by trees and open paddocks, it’s the perfect spot to unwind, listen to the birds and enjoy a slice of country life.
There’s plenty of room to spread out, whether you’re camping in a tent, van or camper trailer. Shady trees offer relief from the sun, and friendly farm animals often wander by to say hello. Evenings are best spent around the fire, watching the stars appear overhead – campfires are welcome when there’s no fire ban in place.
Guests must be fully self-contained, bringing their own water, toilet and supplies. Well-behaved pets are welcome too – just keep them under control around livestock and wildlife.
Eco Farm Nature Retreat is ideal for those who love simple, peaceful camping and want to reconnect with nature without the crowds. Bring your gear, your sense of adventure, and settle in for a quiet, relaxing stay under the gum trees.

We are only 15 mins from Mount Warning and 30 mins from Byron Bay. There are plenty of National Parks, bushwalks, cycling paths, near by fishing spots and historical places to visit. The fantastic Northern Rivers Rail Trail is just across the road. We are located near the quaint village of Stokers Siding. Enjoy 13 acres of picturesque countryside with running creeks, lush green paddocks and a fruit orchid.
We have very friendly alpacas who love selfies, and Scottish babydoll lambs who love meeting people.
Set up your campervan or park your caravan on the edge of the flowing creek shaded with lush foliage overhanging from the trees. We only offer two sites for your peace and privacy.
There is access to a portaloo. You need to be a self-contained camper with your own shower, and drinking water. Please respect the environment and take everything with you when you leave. Please note this is just a farm portaloo not a glamping bathroom. Please make sure you clean it on departure.

- We are dog friendly
- No amenities so campers must be self-contained and leave no trace
- Firepits available on both sites. Feel free to collect dead debris from around the property.
- Campfires permitted in designated areas when restrictions aren't in place

Spent a couple of days here. Beautiful grassy site only 1hr from home. Quiet, peaceful location except for the occasional RAAF jet flying overhead. Most probably our new most favourite camp site close to home. We will be back.

Lovely large open space with trees for shade, nicely mowed, fire pits scattered around and lovely sunrise and sunset. Quaint shop on site for local delights. Close to Boonah, Kalbar, Logan’s Lookout, Elderflower Farm, Lavender Farm and Motorcycle Museum. Local pubs at Roadvale, Boonah & Kalbar were all great lunch venues to then enjoy a fireside afternoon & evening. The owner/operator came around in the afternoon to make sure everyone was ok. Cows and a couple of kangaroos provided nature up close. Thank you Kate

We thoroughly enjoyed our caravanning stay at Olive View Camping. The campsites are spacious, well maintained, and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room between each mown site for privacy and comfort.
We had four vans spread across two adjoining sites, with our vans set up around one of the provided fire pits, and there was still more than enough space for everyone. It’s also extremely dog-friendly, making it a fantastic choice for travellers with furry companions.

A beautiful spot nestled in the mountains, surrounded by green hills on all sides and a lovely creek flowing nearby that is perfect for a swim. Dog friendly, no showers however there are toilets that are kept clean. I've been coming here for years and love it, however there are big groups that also visit so the tranquility is somewhat destroyed - recommend trying to get a spot away from others if you enjoy the quiet, though there is a 10pm noise curfew.

I had a enjoyable weekend camping at this site. I found looking at the lake throughout the weekend to be thereupetuic. I kept saying to my partner "I don't want to go home". Dogs are welcomed and my babies enjoyed their walks around the area.

What an amazing place to unwind and relax. The camp grounds were clean and tidy. The toilets were clean and easy to access. The owner was friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Offered advice on when to see certain animals.
Staying at stoney Creek is amazing as yiu are so secluded from the other camp sites. The creek looks amazing and there was so much room. Such a lovely weekend away.
