Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Welcome to our little slice of paradise on the banks of the Coomera River 🌿 Tucked away on 7 beautiful acres, our property offers flat, spacious riverside camping sites surrounded by shady trees and the peaceful sounds of nature. The river wraps gently around the land, creating a calm and scenic setting perfect for switching off and slowing down. Enjoy direct swimming access to the river, bring your sense of adventure, and make use of our kayaks and floaties for a lazy drift or paddle Or bring your own. Whether you’re floating under the sun or sitting quietly with a coffee by the water, this is a place to truly unwind. Throw in a line to see what fish are biting or a crab trap. We are 30 minutes to the theme parks and about the same to the closest beaches. 10 minutes to Tamborine mountain or Canungra. The lama farm is a highlight or the many bush walking trails within 15 min will keep you busy. There is an amazing cafe/restaurant only 6 min drive for a fresh coffee too! Campfires are welcome when there is no fire ban — there’s nothing better than gathering around the flames under a starlit sky. We will supply the fire pit and when available on the property you can collect your own kindling and firewood or we have some for purchase. Our family lives on the property and loves sharing it with others. You’ll meet our five friendly mini cows, 2 lovely goats and many curious chickens — all happy to be patted and fed apples, bread and hay — plus our two dogs who call this place home. We’re also pet-friendly, just please keep your furry friends on leads at all times. Please note: • No amenities, power, or water available • Campers must be fully self-sufficient * we can supply camping mats and a table if you require it. Please message ahead of time so we can book it out for you. This is a simple, peaceful, back-to-basics camping — calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature we don’t want people partying into the wee hours, just genuine campers looking to unwind. We’re not a fancy campground — just a family wanting to share our piece of heaven with others. 💛

I can highly recommend spending some quality time at this property. There is only 6 sites along a clean river each site with a fire pit.. nice hosts makes it even better. We will be back.!

A nice quiet spot, neatly mowed and tended. I imagine the creek is quite nice in summer. Might be a little close to each other if the place is packed, but that wasn't the case for our trip. We would go back for sure.

Lovely spot right by the river. Lush bushland & bird song. Chickens & cows for neighbours. Initially we missed the house number, busy road with traffic behind us, had to do a u turn towing a 20ft caravan. Maybe a bigger sign could have helped us? This Hipcamp site was worth it once we got settled in.

Noise Complaints

Host came to our site at 7:30 and complained about our noises levels. We barely had any noise coming from our site and weren’t aware there was noise restrictions at such an early time. Neighbours were making a lot more noise with kids running around all night making a racket and people using chainsaws at 11:00 night but there didn’t seem to be an issue with that. We were clearly targeted and we found that quite disrespectful and ruined the trip. If you wanna have a good time don’t even bother booking here.

I loved camping at Stanzaland and received a very warm welcome from the hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful, a slice of heaven not far from Brisbane and is very well maintained. It was very easy to navigate to and set up. There are beautiful mountains all around, direct view and access to the Coomera River which runs clear and shallow close to the property, lush green trees all around and the calming sounds of birds. I was also greeted by 2 very friendly cows and some curious chickens. I got a much needed break from my routine and would highly recommend this place for fellow campers. The hosts are flexible and responsive and were able to accommodate my check in and check out requests.

The sites are lovely overlooking the river. Access to it was via a canoe ramp but the pontoon was missing. Friendly hosts and well grassed and mowed sites. Not too Squizzy either

Taryn was a fantastic host, communication was brilliant, site was nice and flat and easy to access even with all the rain we've been having. Nice place by the river to go for a swim and fish, kayaks were perfect for a little adventure down stream. Would recommend and will be back again. Thank you.

I loved the river nice and deep for a good swim still a good temperature if you keep moving, we loved the floating jetty they have to jump off, and the canoes good view of lots of trees , and birds chirping in the morning. I will be back .

Booked a night at StanzaLand as we had an evening out on the GC & didn’t want to drive all the way back to Brisbane Northside straight after. Maps took us to 1127 first up, so make sure you head down the correct driveway. The campsites are spacious, & right on the banks of the Coomera River. We were at site 6 (the first one you get to), there was no easy access down to the river, & there was a bit of traffic noise, but late at night all we could hear was the gurgling river. Taryn was very friendly & welcoming & came down to say “Hello” on our arrival. Exiting from the property with a trailer was a bit challenging, but with patience (waiting for a gap in the traffic) was okay. Would happily camp here again. Thank you Taryn 🙏
