There is no vehicular boat ramp but still excellent access for other small watercraft. Due to the steep track to the camp area we insist on 4WD’s only - though you can walk down if feeling energetic!
Please bring drinking water and a desire to leave the riverside just as you found it. We have enough room for around 20 people in tents or camper trailers.

Campfires are permitted in the circle but please be mindful of any restrictions. You can purchase firewood from us if needed.

Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is 5min away if you jump on at Borallon Station Rd. Some cattle tracks for the kids to ride along in the paddock also.
-Wivenhoe, Somerset Dam in the area for water sports
-Wildlife watching, this paddock sustains a large variety of native animals, if you’ve got a keen eye
-Bottle Tree pub is just down the road, - bit more than walking distance tho :)

Sometimes the horses are at nearby agistment so, ask if the horses cam be here for your visit.

There are a couple of small playgrounds, clean double flushing toilets, picnic tables, gas bbq and chairs for your convenience and a nice above ground pool to stay cool in.
We have firewood for sale, and I make a barrista coffee if your a coffee lover, like myself.
Bring some cash for firewood, coffee and other bits and pieces. There's a kids surprise cupboard, with toys to borrow while your staying here.
The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Just message me about extra guests as hipcamp adding extras doesn't work properly. You can pay by cash or transfer on arrival if necessary.
Extra adults campers I will discount to $15 instead of $20 adults and $5 for kids.
We also offer day visits for $5 per person.
Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay.
Wivenhoe Dam (photo of big water mass) , Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all close by. The famous rail trail that a lot of horse riders and cyclists enjoy is just a klm down the road. (keep an eye out for koalas)

Daisy Hill Conservation Park is also a short drive away which is a great spot for a picnic and offers mountain bike trails, walking tracks and a BBQ area.
Moreton bay access is also close by with a short drive to either Victoria Point, Cleveland or Redland Bay.
In addition, the property has beautiful walking trails.
Campfires permitted however must be kept within the allocated fire pit and must be outside of restrictions.
You must have portable toilet and be fully self-sufficient. All waste to be removed by campers upon departure. We would like to preserve this site for all future campers so please ensure that you abide by our rules.
Generators welcomed, to be switched off between 10pm and 7am.

Our beautiful farm is located beside the Logan River and is a little natural oasis close to everything. The campsites offer lush green grass and are set on the bank of the Logan river where you can go fishing. We have a boat ramp that you can use to put your boat, kayak or jet ski in.
Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste and rubbish wth them on departure.

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.
Cedarton Farm is also on Facebook.
We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Papa’s Billabong is alongside a dam with a variety of wildlife. The campsite is secluded, quiet and tranquil with stunning sunsets and starry night skies which make for a great camping adventure.
We welcome all campers including caravans, camper trailers and tents to our Blenheim bush camp. There is a variety sites in each area featuring drive through level grass sites. We have provided flushing toilets and shower amenities with some non-potable water to make your stay more comfortable.
Our beautiful Blenheim property has walking tracks with views of the Lockyer valley with the convenience of towns (forest hill and laidley) only 15minutes drive away. Our walking tracks will develop over time including vintage farm memorabilia and sculptures to explore. You are welcome to bring your kayak or canoe, or even have a swim in the dam.Or sit back and watch the variety of bird life and kangaroos.

The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Just message me about extra guests as hipcamp adding extras doesn't work properly. You can pay by cash or transfer on arrival if necessary.
Extra adults campers I will discount to $15 instead of $20 adults and $5 for kids.
We also offer day visits for $5 per person.
Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay.
Wivenhoe Dam (photo of big water mass) , Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all close by. The famous rail trail that a lot of horse riders and cyclists enjoy is just a klm down the road. (keep an eye out for koalas)

Cedarton is a small farm on 100 acres, we have cows, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep and horses. We have wild deer, wallabies and kangaroos that come in the mornings and afternoons. If the kids like to get involved, I can take them around in the morning to feed the animals, we have around 30 head of cattle, calves, 2 horses, 2 goats, one pet sheep, chickens and ducks. We have a cow called Cutie Pie, she loves a cuddle.
Happy to spend time with the kids to show them the jobs we do daily. Parents can join in or sit back and relax. Takes about 1 hour in the morning. If it's school holidays, we build scarecrow's, plant sunflowers or other crops together. Wash rescue horses or any other job on the farm.
Kids love collecting the eggs and cooking them up for their breakfast.
We also have a pool at the farmhouse which campers can use between 9am - 11.30am daily.
If you like hiking there's a couple you can do, one that takes around 30 mins and one that takes 2 hours.
Plenty of space to play cricket, football or ride push bikes. If you like fishing there's creeks nearby as well.
Each camp site will have wood for fires, if you require more you can buy some on site for $20 a bag. Please don't bring wood in because of biosecurity and fire ants.

We are close to Australia Zoo, Big Kart track at Beerwah, Maleny Dairies, Kondalilla falls, Gardener waterfalls, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve. There's a cheese factory, chocolate factory and wineries in Maleny.
Fantastic restaurants in Montville.
We are also 10 mins from Woodford Folk Festival.
We are off grid only for campers, campervans and caravans we have no amenities at this current time.
How ever if you want a porta loo Dinkem Dunnies are great and deliver porta loos. Roughly costs $250 to hire.
4x4 if towing because of dirt driveway and paddocks.
Pet friendly however we do ask that no pets chase animals.

Papa’s Billabong is alongside a dam with a variety of wildlife. The campsite is secluded, quiet and tranquil with stunning sunsets and starry night skies which make for a great camping adventure.
We welcome all campers including caravans, camper trailers and tents to our Blenheim bush camp. There is a variety sites in each area featuring drive through level grass sites. We have provided flushing toilets and shower amenities with some non-potable water to make your stay more comfortable.
Our beautiful Blenheim property has walking tracks with views of the Lockyer valley with the convenience of towns (forest hill and laidley) only 15minutes drive away. Our walking tracks will develop over time including vintage farm memorabilia and sculptures to explore. You are welcome to bring your kayak or canoe, or even have a swim in the dam.Or sit back and watch the variety of bird life and kangaroos.

Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times and on leash if exploring.
No chainsaws but a small amount of firewood will be provided to get you started free of charge, we supply a trailer load of timber for a night fire, some split wood suitable for a cooking fire .

Djitti Djitti Farm is a 300 acre regenerative agriculture property, with livestock running throughout. It has large natural bush areas with a small seasonal creek.
There are restricted numbers of campers - being 5 self contained camping sites. There is abundant wildlife including sugar-gliders, koalas, goannas and echidnas.
Camping locations include 4wd access spots and 2wd access spots.
We offer Bush Camping in the Somerset region close to Toogoolawah, Esk and Crows Nest, also not to far to three different Dams (Wivenhoe, Somerset and Cressbrook) . There are multiple National Parks in the area - Crows Nest NP, Ravensbourne NP and Bunya Mountains. Only 1.5 hrs to Brisbane, 2 hrs to the Gold Coast, 1.25 hr to Toowoomba and 1 hr to Ipswich.

The absolute best! Samantha is an outstanding host and keeps the camp area and toilets clean and tidy. She promptly responds to messages and doesn’t harass you like some other hosts.
Shops etc is only a 5 minute drive away and there’s a bistro/tavern just down the road if you want to grab dinner or a drink. Thank you Sam for being a wonderful host, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Our visit was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was very easy to find thanks to Sam for the clear instructions provided. It’s a charming, quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and the kids absolutely loved the swings. We absolutely loved our stay at Cheriton Bush Camp. It’s one of those places where you arrive and instantly feel more relaxed.
We stayed with our caravan and the site was huge, private, and really easy to get into and set up. Levelling was simple and there was heaps of space for the awning, chairs, and for the kids to run around and explore.
The best part was how peaceful it was. The kids had a great time riding their bikes and just being outdoors, and we loved sitting outside in the afternoons listening to the birds and watching the sunset. The stars at night were amazing too.
The hosts were really friendly and easy to deal with, and you can tell they’ve created something special while keeping the natural bush feel.
If you’re travelling with a caravan, have kids, or just want somewhere quiet to switch off and relax, we’d highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back.

heaps of room but very popular. as much as this place is so popular there is a fair distance from fellow campers geusts are friendly also hosts . toilets very clean land is worth exlporing , would be great for large groups but also for a solo camper like me . definetily reccommend this place . (pine mountain rd is alot of road in many places) Prepare to travel alot of a road while trying to find the place .

Bushywood is a excellent hipcamp. Bushy was so welcoming and assisted with anything we required. The sites are very well maintained, and the toilet blocks very clean.
There is enough room to spread out and not feel like campers are on top of each other.
The lake is beautiful with complimentary kayaks for use. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed camping at Gums at the Billabong site at Sandy Creek. It was stunning scenery and we got to see some beautiful bird life. The outside bath was amazing under the stars. There is ample space and this particular site is very private, which we love.
I have already recommended this site to many others.
Thanks very much to Cameron and Christina for the excellent communication and respectful approach.
We particularly enjoyed getting to see the jets flying over, doing practice formation from Amberley Base, this was an extremely exciting surprise. They definitely were not intrusive and not early in the morning so it was very exciting during the day.

What a cracking site! An easy drive from Fernvale to the property, before dropping down a steep dirt track onto the site. Stick to 4Low, and take it steady, and the site is worth the trip!
Getting back out up that same track will take some berries for those towing anything (camper trailer), but as long as its dry, you will make it up.

Always love my stay at the Gums or Party Hut. My dogs love it too. I get there as often as I can at least a few times a year, even thought it’s a 4 hour round trip for me. Great privacy, comfortable shelter, I can pack lighter so don’t need chairs/tables etc. as they are provided.

What a fantastic weekend we have just had! The weather was abysmal all weekend however it didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits Our group camp was full of laughter chatting catching up guitar playing singing and generally relaxing. Bushy and Emma are the most fantastic hosts and went over and above to ensure we all were have a wonderful stay at their property. This was our second time out there and certainly won’t be our last. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Grounds were amazing with great facilities.
To top it off the D'Ag Pub has a courtesy bus that will do pick up/drop off to the camp grounds.

We had a lovely weekend camping and swimming at Bushy's. The toilets were clean, the grassy campsites were well maintained and we made the most of the firepits and picked up a bag of wood. We loved going for a paddle and swim in the lake. It is easy and relaxing and we will be back.
