Come and relax at our flat, peaceful 5 acre hobby farm. Most animals wander around for example the sheep, ducks and chooks, turkeys So tough plastic boxes are great to keep your food items safe. We have a mini pig (Splat) that is now in the house yard due to pushing fences and getttongbout She loves pats, runs and a brush. She is super gentle. Sometimes the horses are at nearby agistment so, ask if the horses cam be here for your visit. Baby animals are seasonal. There are a couple of small playgrounds, clean double flushing toilets, picnic tables, gas bbq and chairs for your convenience and a nice above ground pool to stay cool in. We have firewood for sale, and I make a barrista coffee if your a coffee lover, like myself. Bring some cash for firewood, coffee and other bits and pieces. There's a kids surprise cupboard, with toys to borrow while your staying here. The $45 camp fee pays for 2 adults and 1 child. Just message me about extra guests as hipcamp adding extras doesn't work properly. You can pay by cash or transfer on arrival if necessary. Extra adults campers I will discount to $15 instead of $20 adults and $5 for kids. We also offer day visits for $5 per person. Plenty of room for caravans, buses and horse floats. I have a round yard and horse yards and horses are $10 per horse/night to cover water costs. BYO hay. Wivenhoe Dam (photo of big water mass) , Atkinson Dam and the Brisbane river are all close by. The famous rail trail that a lot of horse riders and cyclists enjoy is just a klm down the road. (keep an eye out for koalas) Hope to see you soon at the farm. If you do an instant booking and I don't see it or reply, don't stress, as your welcome to drive on in and straight up the laneway to the back paddock area. Set up where ever you like. Just close gates behind you and I will meet you later if we are out. If your dates bounce at booking pm me through messenger FB page. H camp takes large commissions now.

🐑Relax at our peaceful, level 5 acre farm. It is our home first, farm second and camping ground third. 🦃Parents this place is for you sit back and your kids to be safe, happy and busy in the playgrounds. 🐖Our mini pig (Splat) can be locked out of camping area depending on where you want to se set up. Only 1 hr from Brisbane & Toowoomba, 1.5 from Goldie.. Wivenhoe Dam & Atkinson Dam are close by and lots of other great tourist attractions in the area. 🔥Campfires are permitted when no fire restrictions. Some fire pits are available and firewood on site for purchase. Cash only. There are no street lights or bright light towns nearby so make sure to look up, as the stars are amazing. Guests are required to have their own shower if required and to bring drinking water supplies. 🐣Powered sites now available $50/night. Must message me to reserve as they are limited. This is paid on arrival, either cash or transfer. Unfinished camp kitchen area has fridge freezer, power points to charge devises, microwave, electric frying pan . Gas cooker. We have flushing toilets and an above ground swimming pool to stay cool in. Some picnic tables and chairs around the farm too. We are also close enough to Coominya town that has a little supermarket for any items you may have forgotten to bring, a take away store and the local pub. Brisbane Valley rail trail is just down the street too for easy bike and horse or walking trail. We really love sharing our farm and blessings with others and meeting new people. I would love the farm to bring like minded campers and families together to build happy days. Day visitors are welcome at $5/person. Babies under 12 mths free entry. 🐴Sorry, NO DOGS PERMITTED, unless guide dogs or certified assistance dogs. 🕊️Pocket pets, cats on leads, birds in cages or horses are permitted. This is a great hobby farm with plenty of grassed area to park your van or pitch a tent. Well set up for children to interact with gentle farm animals as well as large play areas with inventive playground equipment and to run around in.

Fabulous host who went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated. This hip camp is at a lovely location! We travelled with our 15mo who loved playing with all the farm animals! Clean bathrooms and nice flat ground for pitching a tent. Easy to locate and fantastic for a quick weekend getaway!

Fun farm experience for the kids, pig and turkeys were a highlight. Relaxing time for the parents. Amenities were kept clean the whole time. Definitely worth a visit.

What a fabulous farm stay! Anna works so hard to make your stay comfortable - firewood/fresh water/clean toilets. So many adorable and friendly animals with the ducks, turkey and pig being the highlights! Great camp grounds with a children’s playground. An exceptional place!

What a delightful farm stay! All the animals were so friendly, roaming around and interacting with us. There were some really creative playground spaces for imaginative play for my children too! The pool was a fun extra 😎. Anna was incredibly welcoming and helpful, excellent vibes and lots of positive energy ❤️. Thank you for a wonderful stay on your hobby farm.

We stayed over Easter weekend and had a wonderful time! Anna had a fair day on the Saturday with food trucks, jumping castles, face painting and live music - it was such a fantastic day and so many of the community came out too. The animals are the real stars here as well as the actual stars in the sky! The nights were so peaceful and stunning there. The farm is so close to the Rail trail and we took our kids all on bikes and rode to Coominya pub and the shops. We’ll definitely be back, the stay had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

If you’re thinking of introducing your little ones to camping, farm animals and a safe environment. This place is amazing! Anna is the most gracious host, caring, not intrusive though open and interactive when your little ones have question after question and always gives them the time and took time in their interests. A wonderful place to camp. My children had an absolutely fabulous time feeding and petting all the free roaming super friendly, tame animals. The swimming pool provided very welcome relief after a very hot days cycling on the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. The camp itself is very quiet, and provides basic amenities - toilets, water tanks, swimming pool, a camp kitchen (currently under renovation, but still accessible), and amusingly creative children's play equipment. Set up camp in any of the paddocks (animals can be kept out by closing gates). Hosts Anna and daughter, Nancy were super hospitable and welcoming. Coominya has a pub/restaurant and a well stocked supermarket for all your food and re-hydration needs.

When the owners pig upended my table spilling my meal to the ground the owner didn't even apologize let alone shout me an alternate meal. Mainly however, the owner had the infuriating habit of cutting me off and talking over the top of me, all the time. It annoyed me so much I left early loosing my paid second night.

We loved Anna's hobby farm. We camped in the back paddock in tents. It was so quiet with lots of space and we didn't feel crowded. Loved all the animals everywhere. It was great having the fridges and flushing toilets. Anna and her daughter are great hosts.

Anna was so lovely, warm and welcoming! She made us feel right at home and the kids absolutely adored Anna, the animals and of course the playground and pool! They loved exploring and did not want to leave at the end of our stay. The property was a great size and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made some beautiful memories. We will most definitely be back!
