Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. There are plenty of cleared open areas as well as a mix of lightly treed and native vegetation. Site one and two are located on the hillside looking west to Mount Cooroy and are best suited for couples. Sites three and four share a large open grassed area the flows down to the main lake that offers great swimming. Site five overlooks the lake and opens into a private bush area. All areas of the property are open to campers to walk through and explore. The farm comprises a series of ponds near the road that are in the process of being renovated for Red Claw Crayfish. There are fruit trees and veggie gardens and chooks around the house paddock. The balance of the land is either grazed by our small herd of cattle and our 2 donkeys or set aside for regeneration. Dog friendly. Simple composting/drop toilet available.

There are two gate openings to navigate through to reach the camping paddock — 2 4.2m gate openings (both pictured in the photos). The property does not provide any facilities, so campers must be self-sufficient and take all waste with them. The entire property is 7 acres, and the paddock available for camping offers beautiful sunset views. It’s a large grassy area fully dog fenced surrounded on two sides by dairy farms — the cows often come up to the fence in the afternoons to say hello! The other two sides border our horse paddock and a paddock with cows, sheep, and goats. There is a photo showing the layout of sites 1–5 and directions to the camping paddock. We have several friendly animals on the property. Please do not feed them any scraps. You may meet our horse, Nulla (he loves carrots!), and our cattle: Molly, King Harold, Queen Annie, Sparkles, and Flossy. Note: animals may not always be on the property — if this is the reason for your visit, please message me beforehand to confirm. Animal feeding can sometimes be arranged for guests; please message me after booking to check availability. Smoking is allowed on the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly — we ask that no trace is left behind for the safety of our animals, wildlife, and future campers. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is seen off-leash, you may be asked to leave for the safety of our animals. Please pick up after your pet. Paralysis ticks are common in this area, so ensure your dog is treated before arrival. Quiet time is after 10 p.m. — please be respectful of neighbours and other campers. Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

The Cooke Family welcomes you to “Hopevale”. A beautiful 113 acre property bordered by Wrattens National Park at the edge of the world in the peaceful Widgee district of greater Gympie. Jason, a landscaper by trade, and Jacinta a teacher by profession, met many years ago at a national Christian youth conference. Four beautiful children later and many years down the track, they bought Hopevale as a blank cattle fattening property in 2018. After much hard work, they have made it what it is today, with plans to continually improve. We have different camp options available, one of which is set up for those guests also wanting to stay with horses or just have a larger group booking. Guests will have access to a toilet and shower throughout their stay which is within walking distance from each of the campsites. Campfires and pets are welcome. The property has only had 4 farming owners in its 110 odd years since it was first surveyed and selected in 1915. The Hillcoats, Bishops, Cotters, and now the Cooke’s. The families over the years have used the property for timber getting, dairy, beef and small cropping. The property is geologically rich with volcanic soils, sandstone escarpments full of caves and overhangs. The mighty Wrattens Falls sits to the back of the property in the National Park and is a sight to behold in full flow. It feeds the head waters of the western branch of Widgee Creek which meanders through the property. The subtropical dry rainforest clad mountains are dominated by the majestic Bunya and Hoop pines and are a testament to what once was covering the entire property before being cleared for farming. Remnant riparian creek lines are botanically rich and diverse holding Red and White Cedar, Teak, Silky oak and many other coveted timber trees harvested back in the day. There are many species of animals and birds that call Hopevale home. From water dragons, frogs and fish in the creeks, monitors, wallabies, deer, koalas, possums and phascogales in the eucalypts. Red-back wrens, pardalotes, rainbow bee-eaters, finches and quail call the open grasses home while whip birds give their iconic call in the forest. Above, birds of prey ride the thermals of the valley looking for their next meal. “We have been blessed beyond measure with a small slice of God’s wonderful creation that we would love to share with you.”

Campers must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, but there is a 24/7 dump station just 2km away. A stone's throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path, which takes you straight into Hervey Bay and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore. Our farm is located about 2.5km from both hospitals (private and government) for any care that you may need. All specialists and consulting facilities are very convenient. Next door to the campsites is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning. They're happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock! It's perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the day's biking adventure. Campfires are permitted, but please BYO firepit, and there is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect and split yourself. Pets are welcome too! Buranga Farm is a small organic family-run farm on 60 acres in the Noosa hinterland only ten minutes from Peregian Beach. The property is largely flat with a hill on the Eastern side and a ridgeline at the very back of the property. The property does not provide any facilities, so campers must be self-sufficient and take all waste with them. The entire property is 7 acres, and the paddock available for camping offers beautiful sunset views. It’s a large grassy area fully dog fenced surrounded on two sides by dairy farms — the cows often come up to the fence in the afternoons to say hello! The other two sides border our horse paddock and a paddock with cows, sheep, and goats. There is a photo showing the layout of sites 1–5 and directions to the camping paddock. We have several friendly animals on the property. Please do not feed them any scraps. You may meet our horse, Nulla (he loves carrots!), and our cattle: Molly, King Harold, Queen Annie, Sparkles, and Flossy. Note: animals may not always be on the property — if this is the reason for your visit, please message me beforehand to confirm. Animal feeding can sometimes be arranged for guests; please message me after booking to check availability. Smoking is allowed on the property, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly — we ask that no trace is left behind for the safety of our animals, wildlife, and future campers. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. If a dog is seen off-leash, you may be asked to leave for the safety of our animals. Please pick up after your pet. Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

We have different camp options available, one of which is set up for those guests also wanting to stay with horses or just have a larger group booking. Guests will have access to a toilet and shower throughout their stay which is within walking distance from each of the campsites. Campfires and pets are welcome. The property has only had 4 farming owners in its 110 odd years since it was first surveyed and selected in 1915. The Hillcoats, Bishops, Cotters, and now the Cooke’s. The families over the years have used the property for timber getting, dairy, beef and small cropping. The property is geologically rich with volcanic soils, sandstone escarpments full of caves and overhangs. The mighty Wrattens Falls sits to the back of the property in the National Park and is a sight to behold in full flow. It feeds the head waters of the western branch of Widgee Creek which meanders through the property. The subtropical dry rainforest clad mountains are dominated by the majestic Bunya and Hoop pines and are a testament to what once was covering the entire property before being cleared for farming. Remnant riparian creek lines are botanically rich and diverse holding Red and White Cedar, Teak, Silky oak and many other coveted timber trees harvested back in the day. There are many species of animals and birds that call Hopevale home. From water dragons, frogs and fish in the creeks, monitors, wallabies, deer, koalas, possums and phascogales in the eucalypts. Red-back wrens, pardalotes, rainbow bee-eaters, finches and quail call the open grasses home while whip birds give their iconic call in the forest. A stone's throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path, which takes you straight into Hervey Bay and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore. Our farm is located about 2.5km from both hospitals (private and government) for any care that you may need. All specialists and consulting facilities are very convenient. Next door to the campsites is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning. They're happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock! It's perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the day's biking adventure. Campfires are permitted, but please BYO firepit, and there is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect and split yourself. Pets are welcome too! What a magic spot "Hidden gem"was. Great creek views , Shaddy and cool in the heat of the day, down a little path have a dip in the creek to cool down. Private and quiet camp site would highly recommend camping here. Also what a legend Dean was , I forgot some pots and pans, Dean was able to give us a hand so we were able to cook our dinners. Loved camping at the ‘Stones throw’ site at Yabba creek! It had great access to the water for swimming and the creek was a lovely peaceful place to go out kayaking (kayaks provided). The whole property was beautiful and we loved how private our site was from the rest of the farm. Lovely place for the dog to run around and Kaylea and dean were very friendly and checked in on us after storms, they also made sure to let us know about all the walking paths and facilities around which was very helpful. No bins or showers but the site had a hose and the town just five mins up the road had plenty of skip bins available.

I absolutely loved my stay at Yabba Creek farm! I was at the Stone's throw site - very close easy access to the creek and we'll spaced out from other sites. So great that they provide a firepit and kayaks to use - it's a stunning place to paddle! Kaylea and Dean could not have been more helpful and welcoming - a really lovely couple who have done a fantastic job creating a beautiful place for camping. I hope to come back again!!

Such a beautiful stay ♥️ Such a nice way to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday. The most beautiful views, surrounded by nature and very cute and friendly animals. The grounds are taken such good care of and the space feels luxurious with the gardens, fire pits, arches and lighting. The owner, his son and dog are all amazing and so friendly!

Have you ever wanted to escape the city while being near the beach and surrounded by farm animals? We offer a beautiful acreage property, just 15 minutes from Coolum and 10 minutes from Yandina. There is power and water available at the site, and these amenities are included in the price, however; please be mindful of water usage as we are only on tank (rain) water. *Camper is required to bring their portable toilet. Large dog-proof yard; however, if outside the Hipcamp space, the dog must be on a lead. At Valley Camping you can pitch your tent, park your camper or caravan to access the beautifully mowed campsites beside the Yabba Creek and spring fed dam. Each site is secluded and quiet and provides you with a fire pit to enjoy in the evenings and there is a picnic table as well. There is over a kilometre of creek frontage for you to explore during your stay. Spend your days by the beautiful creek side and enjoy endless swimming, fishing and kayaking. We would love to welcome fully self contained campers with their own toilet/shower facilities but we also have a portable toilet available for use. It may be a bit of a walk from some of the campsite. Under no circumstances leave toilet paper (among other very unpleasant things) in the bush surrounding the campsites. We ask that you please take all rubbish with you on departure and leave the area as you found it. All camp sites must be left in the same condition as you found it absolutely no litter of any kind. Messy campers will be reported to Hipcamp. Under no circumstances place any rubbish in any of the rubbish bins along Reeves Road as our neighbours are very unappreciative of this. All this is just 5 minutes from Imbil and Kandanga where you can find everything you need for a great camping trip. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times and must not disturb other campers. Please ensure you clean up after your pets.
