The farm is home to more than 70 animals (All have names) including dwarf goats, cows, chickens and miniature pigs, and our guests often have the chance to see cute baby animals up close! During the day you can enjoy a walk through the pine forest, and in the afternoon experience the incredible sunset vistas from our hill or from the luxurious outdoor bath. By night, sit by the firepit and gaze up at the stars while listening to the sounds of nature on the fig tree swinging chair. The outdoor bathtub is available for hire for the evening with prior notice, and will come with beautiful dried flowers, natural bath salts charged at $60 per use. We recommend our guests bring swimmers for the bath. During your stay you will have access to our outdoor shower and composting toilet with a view. These facilities are shared by 1 other person or if another camper stays, and we kindly request that our guests are mindful of water consumption as we are on tank water. Connection of power and water is an option for extra. Our campsites are also dog friendly as we love having your fur babies visit! However if you are bringing your furry companions with you, please ensure they are friendly with other dogs, kept on a lead and supervised at all times, as our baby chickens and miniature pigs like to explore during the day along with my dog who will constantly want to be around. Ready to explore outside the Farm? We’re just a short drive to Eumundi, Pomona or Cooroy for cute shops and markets, or venture 25 minutes to Noosa for a day at the beach and a variety of quality restaurants. I live onsite in another area of the property, but will be available for any questions or help. Dar'ali is a semi sustainable family-run farm on 30 acres in the Noosa hinterland only 5 minutes from the township of Eumundi and 20 minutes from Noosa Main Beach and world class surf breaks. DAM CAMP SITE 1 Our private campsite is a dry season site only (open May - October). It is a retreat away from the main house close to a spring fed dam with good access and level grassy areas. In the centre of our farm we have a small herd of miniature goats who we lovingly care for and milk. We walk them around different areas of the farm daily and if you would like to join us for goat shepherding (walking with our goats - a regular practise to keep our goats healthy and happy) along a series of mowed trails, we have this listed as an "EXTRA". Weather dependant. We also have pet ducks, chickens, guinea fowl, sheep, two dogs (including a Maremma Sheepdog) and a barn cat on the farm :) Free tours of the farm can be booked and are listed in EXTRAS. The grounds are taken such good care of and the space feels luxurious with the gardens, fire pits, arches and lighting. The owner, his son and dog are all amazing and so friendly!

Easily one of the best campsites I’ve stayed at! Such a peaceful spot on top of the hill, you can see how much love and work goes into the property. The property and surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful you truly feel like you’re in a movie. We had a lovely time with the animal tour and a relaxing time in the bath. This spot has everything you need including an outdoor shower and toilet. What really made our trip was how accomodating the host is. We didn’t want to leave and will be back for more.

We had a great time staying at Tommys Tranquil Valley Hill site. This site has a good view looking over the valley/hills and is a nice place to watch the sunset. It is close to toilets and showers. We are keen to come back again sometime and maybe go for a couple of nights.

Plenty of space, but it can be a bit tricky for everyone to access power from the single box. We had quite a few people crowd near us since we were closest to the main power source. The wind in the area can be deceiving — I didn’t have tie-downs, and it bent my awning back, so definitely come prepared. The more permanent residents in the area are friendly, chatty, and welcoming. However, there are a few random dogs roaming around. We weren’t sure if they were friendly, so it’s best to stay alert — some seem territorial. There are plenty of toilets available, but watch out for bindies and sharp grass; I got a few in my foot, which wasn’t pleasant. Definitely wear shoes everywhere. The horses are lovely to say hello to, and overall, it’s a nice, peaceful spot to get away from everything.

Weekend Trip to Noosa Equestrian & Camping

The care takers and staff at Noosa Equestrian and camping were amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. The amenities were clean, small welcoming touches were warm and inviting. They provided a mashing machine and dryer for the small cost of $5 each. Which provides extra con if needed. They have a beautiful non powered area to camp. And a huge area with the able to have 60 powered sites. Grate for large groups. The field sits under the backdrop of a beautiful view. Only 12 km from Gympie so just a quick drive into town if you need any extra supplies. There are beautiful rock pools only 5 mins drive from the campground. We have a lovely family weekend. It was great to be able to take our dogs as well.
