Gorgeous spot, very peaceful, great for singles, couples or families, loved it!!
I really enjoyed my time at Abide Eden. I ended up staying longer than intended. It is a beautiful and peaceful spot by a small flowing creek. I felt safe and loved the privacy and solitude.
I recommend and I would stay again.

We had such a great stay! The sites were spacious, flat and easy to set up on, and being able to have a campfire was perfect for keeping warm during the winter evenings.
The creek was definitely a highlight — the kids spent hours playing and exploring, which made for such a fun and relaxing family getaway and the property was easy to find.
Joel was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making the whole stay easy and enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely visit again. Highly recommend!

What a great spot to stop and camp. Easy to find, quiet and beautiful. Having the cold showers and a kitchen setup made it feel more like an official camp ground but still small and private. For the low cost, the value is so high. I highly recommend this gem.
Pitched our Swags for a few days by the running steam bird song morning day and night beautiful views.
A peaceful place large sites, camp kitchen with running creek water was a nice bonus.
Outdoor Dropbox dunny and showers would be great in summer.
Maintained sites, no powered sites but we didn't need it.
Joel the owner was lovely, respects privacy also a bonus but if needed kind and accommodating.
I had to leave a day early due to a family emergency, I plan on going back to this genuinely peaceful calming camp.
We had high winds all over the region for the duration, it was calm the afternoon we left.
Even so it's on the top of my list of properties to re visit.
A genuine thanks to Joel for the kind words & thoughts he sent our way on the afternoon we had to leave, literally yesterday.
A true blessing, soul healing authentic experience, hands down loved it.

Beautiful, quiet setting. Sitting under the stars listening to the creek. I'll definitely be back.
I had a great time here and had the whole ground to myself (so lucky). Joel stopped by the day after my arrival and was friendly and warm. Great spot with plenty of flat ground. Creek running along property. Amenities were clean and well positioned. Kitchen area was a great plus as I could wash all my dishes, use the big table and charge my electronics :)) Drinking water is also available.
It is great to still see such great spots for an affordable price. I'll definitely be back! Thanks Joel :)

I loved it here. Just me and 1 other camper. It is next to a road but it's a quiet road. Has a long drop toilet with a curtain and a cold shower. But I jumped in the chilly creek. Very peaceful place and I'd def go again.
I love campsites where privacy is available meaning I don't have to interact with the hosts or other campers. This place offers that option without asking. Clean, grassy hill descending into a semi flat area beside the lovely trickling creek. Deep enough to bath and cool off. Gentle sound of trickling water, birds, occasional farm animal, infrequent cars and farmers shooting a couple of rounds. Outdoors at its best

Plenty of wide open space, basic amenities on site,
quiet, peaceful even at Easter.
We enjoyed our weekend away. It’s a lovely little spot for a couple of nights to relax. The outdoor kitchen, shower and toilette are handy. The kids loved the toilette adventure 🤣 The creek is great to play in and refresh. We would have loved for the kitchen and shower to be a little cleaner. But it only took 5 minutes to give the kitchen a scrub. For the location and price totally worth it! We’ll be back!
Nice place overall. Lots of space (if other campers choose to utilise it…. We had some basically park themselves on us… weird) so would benefit from allocating zones / spaces. Drop toilet needs a proper door, not a mesh curtain. nice and close to Gympie if you needaything.

Easy access, flat camping areas, running creek. Large sites. Down off the road so you can hear cars but not really see them. Road is a dead end so it’s mainly just local traffic.

Beautiful spot, affordable, quiet, well maintained.
Very nice and peaceful camp ground. Nice open area with plenty of room. Lovely listening to the trickling creek whilst relaxing with a coffee. Camp kitchen and immunities are basic but nice to have for the price.

Super easy check in procedure, great amenities (drop toilets, creek water showers, camp kitchen). Absolutely stunning view! This was my first Hipcamp experience and it has definitely started me off the right way.

Great little spot. The creek was lovely and cool on a crazy hot day. Basic amenities for those who need them. Will definitely be back.

Travelled all over Australia and this is definately one of my faviouite hipcamps!! So so peaceful, lush green surrounds, river sounds and lots of birdlife! Camp kitchen and cold showers a bonus. Whats not to love
The camping at Abide Eden was more than our family could have imagined. The tranquility of this slice of heaven met all our needs. The quiet creek and the open space was totally sufficient my kids to run and play. The view first thing in the morning as the sun rises is epic.

Creek was perfect for relaxing in with the kids and dog,
Drop toilet keep up to scratch and camp kitchen and showers all set up for those that need it. We didnt as we had our own.
Will deffinatly recommend and return next time we are up this way
We had a wonderful stay at Joel's. We stayed for two days and would have loved to stay longer. Magical nature, a beautiful kitchen, and great showers. Highly recommended for family trips and groups of friends. Joel is a very good host and has a very nice family.
