Loved our stay here! Ticked all our boxes - swimming hole, dogs allowed, fire pits, toilet, and private - and as an added bonus, a golf course as well! Hosts Genelle and Dean are lovely. Will definitely be coming back :)
Also - cleanest and best smelling portaloo we've ever come across!

Genelle and Dean are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful! I booked the campsite for one night to celebrate my birthday with 6 friends, and Genelle was easy to communicate with over message. Dean was super friendly, had chats with us and lent us a bag of golf balls so we could play. He drove over to our campsite on his excavator to deliver dry firewood, and even went back to get a shovel, heavy duty gloves & metal pole to help make using our camp oven on the fire easier. He was very open to us exploring the property, and took pride in the different aspects of it, like the sunflower patch, fejoa bushes & helipad.
We stayed at Campsite 2 next to the creek and it was a lovely spot. We drove down the hill to unload our gear then parked up top under the trees & set up our tents on the flat below. Plenty of space for 5 tents, a swag plus a communal area, fire pit & 4WD car.
The creek was brown since it had rained the night before, but we still went for a dip in the fast moving rapid part in the morning. Exploring the ford nearby was nice too.
The portaloo was the cleanest one I have ever seen & had everything you need, thank you.
Having a golf course right there was amazing. One min at camp, next golfing. We kinda made up the course as we went along & had lots of fun. One of the major selling points to booking this place initially was the novelty of the golf course, & everyone loved it despite no one knowing how to play properly.

We loved it! So sick of camping on top of everyone else but this spot we hardly saw anyone else and the area is big enough for a group. The golf course was awesome and the hosts were very welcoming and even gave the boys some tips on the course.
We will definitely be going back!!

The place was amazing, relaxing and very private. We felt safe and had a great time. Got to play golf of course! Dean and Genelle are lovely people. Will surely come back again in the future! 💯👌🏻 highly recommended.

We stayed at camp-site 2 and it was amazing! What a beautiful property 😍 the creek was right next to the camp and we could watch the kids play while making lunch/dinner. Dean went out of his way to prepare the golf course for us and lend us clubs/balls and the course was much more involved than we expected! Ganelle delivered us fresh eggs for breakfast and both were all around super happy and accommodating owners. Out of 10 all 5 families we went with rate this property a 10😄

Special place. Quiet, huge space, grassed area like your backyard, plenty of access to solar and shade & fresh water creek.
Portable immaculately clean portaloo brought to site, generous amount of free firewood on the first night, and great hosts.
If you like the quiet peaceful sites, get yourself out there, only 20’ from the Bruce along good roads.
One of the very best camps you’ll ever find.

Secluded campsite completely to yourself just by the creek. The fields & golf green were so well maintained you would think it was a professional golf club. This spot was so special to us as we got engaged! Can’t wait to come back
Oh! And free eggs and honey as soon as you arrive from their hens and bees! What more could you ask for?

Awesome spot. Private campsites with only 2 sites on the whole property. Fun golf course. Hosts are great. Deano was more than happy to lend out a set of clubs if you don't any.

Brilliant private site next to a lovely creek. Excellent golf course and I cannot express how lovely the hosts were. Went above and beyond not only setting us up but offering reprieve when a huge storm came though.

We absolutely loved our stay! There is so much on offer at this beautiful property, the creek with Platypus, golf, walks and 4x4 tracks close by. We were lucky enough to be there when they were trialing Night Golf which was a real bonus and something they will be offering in the future and I totally recommend it, so much fun! Dean and Genelle are such awesome hosts who genuinely love sharing their gorgeous piece of paradise, we will definitely return and recommend this Hipcamp to other travelers.

Beautiful spot... the running creek is so beautiful. We even saw some platypus. There is so much wildlife it's amazing. My kids loved the golf course. It's really well set up, super clean and great for a little getaway. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful property and perfect for our little break away from the caravan parks on our lap around Oz. Absolute peace and serenity! Genelle and Dean were incredibly hospitable, we loved having a hit on the golf course and seeing a platypus in the wild will go down as a highlight on our whole trip! It was also the perfect place for our little doggo to have a good run around as we had the place to ourselves.

Amazing spot one of our favourite Hipcamps with beautiful grounds and large campsites, right on the creek.
Dean and Genelle have done a great job and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The golf course was a lot of fun.

This would be one of my favourite Hipcamps the grounds are beautiful and well maintained , cracking little golf course, the campsite was secluded spacious and right on the creek listening to the creek flow is so relaxing.
The hosts Dean and Genelle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Spotting platypus in the creek was a highlight.
Highly recommended and will be a returning guest.

We loved camping here with our 2 big fur babies! The grounds are well manicured with plenty of spacious camping areas, perfect for groups or individuals. Genelle & Dean provided a fire pit, fire starters, matches & 2 large bags of wood. They are lovely, also giving us freshly picked fruit, honey & eggs. We saw a platypus, wallabies and many birds. From our site, we could see and hear the beautiful crystal clear running creek. The night sky provided an abundance of stars, satellites and comets easy to see due to the large open spaces. If you are a golfer, bring your clubs or Dean will lend you a club to have a hit on the golf course. There are plenty of walking tracks to explore and we especially love this camp ground due its secluded location, beautiful views, peacefulness & being pet friendly. Thank you Genelle & Dean for sharing your outstanding property, we will be back!
