We have a whole beautiful valley with crystal clear spring-fed creeks, patches of rain forest and hillsides covered in grass-trees backing onto Wrattens State Forest. There's 1,375 acres of land - the boundaries of our property are the ridges of the mountains that encircle us, and many rare species abound here.
This is a dog and horse friendly property but no pets allowed in the cabin. There is paralysis tick in this region - so we'd recommend treating any animal before you come and frequent checks while you're here.
No mobile phone coverage at the cabin, but there is a hill you can drive (or walk) up on the property to get phone signal if needed and we have a landline phone in our house which can be used in emergencies.

If you are looking to get away, put your feet up, switch off and recharge, then this is your perfect spot to enjoy the serenity of farm life with the added mountain views. We have potable bore water, electricity connection, picnic table and bench and firepit. We have two powered caravan sites that can also double up as tent sites. Ideally you should be self sufficient.
Our bore has a solar pump that is rigged up to the water tank at the camp kitchen. Please turn the tap off once you have finished filling up your containers or caravan tanks. Bore water is potable, so can be used for cooking, cleaning, pets, etc.
Any cooking implements and tools that you might need during your stay can be provided at request. Dogs are welcome, just please be mindful of our neighbours. We have a calf and older cow that you are welcome to help us feed.
We are also providing special deals on yoga, tai chi, breath work and meditation classes and we have access to the creek in the summer. We have a beautiful forest across the road, which is perfect for walks, trekking or meditation.
Please ensure that you are mindful of our neighbours, kindly refrain from loud noises between 9pm and 7am and clean up after yourselves and take your rubbish with you, as we don't have garbage collection at the property. There is a dump point in town, with garbage bins, for your convenience.
Nanango has a lovely vibe. It's Queensland's oldest and friendliest town. There are great playgrounds, swimming pool and cart racing in town, which is only about 10 minutes away from the farm. Kingaroy is about half an hour away. There is a great off roading spot in the forest that is literally up the road from us.

Dogs are also welcome who are well behaved and on a leash if others have horses with them. Please note that you MUST ensure your dog has tick prevention prior to arrival. Bookings require pre approval please. This is non negotiable to prepare for your stay.

There are 3 designated camp areas for self contained caravans and camper trailers Creek Camp, Paddock Camp and Town Camp.
Tent site can take a maximum 6 persons - with composting toilet and shower.
The famous Goomeri Bakery, Grand Hotel and IGA supermarket is a short 5-10 minute walk away. If you are in the region for wine there is a great selection of wineries approx 20 minute drive away, Dusty Hill, Clovely Estate, Prendergast's Irish Tavern and many more!
We have a small creek that runs beside the property if you want to cool off however Lake Barambah and Kinbombi Falls are close by swimming areas.

We have a whole beautiful valley with crystal clear spring-fed creeks, patches of rain forest and hillsides covered in grass-trees backing onto Wrattens State Forest. There's 1,375 acres of land - the boundaries of our property are the ridges of the mountains that encircle us, and many rare species abound here.
This is a dog and horse friendly property but no pets allowed in the cabin. There is paralysis tick in this region - so we'd recommend treating any animal before you come and frequent checks while you're here.

If you are looking to get away, put your feet up, switch off and recharge, then this is your perfect spot to enjoy the serenity of farm life with the added mountain views. We have potable bore water, electricity connection, picnic table and bench and firepit. We have two powered caravan sites that can also double up as tent sites. Ideally you should be self sufficient.
Our bore has a solar pump that is rigged up to the water tank at the camp kitchen. Please turn the tap off once you have finished filling up your containers or caravan tanks. Bore water is potable, so can be used for cooking, cleaning, pets, etc.
Any cooking implements and tools that you might need during your stay can be provided at request. Dogs are welcome, just please be mindful of our neighbours. We have a calf and older cow that you are welcome to help us feed.
We are also providing special deals on yoga, tai chi, breath work and meditation classes and we have access to the creek in the summer. We have a beautiful forest across the road, which is perfect for walks, trekking or meditation.
Please ensure that you are mindful of our neighbours, kindly refrain from loud noises between 9pm and 7am and clean up after yourselves and take your rubbish with you, as we don't have garbage collection at the property. There is a dump point in town, with garbage bins, for your convenience.
Nanango has a lovely vibe. It's Queensland's oldest and friendliest town. There are great playgrounds, swimming pool and cart racing in town, which is only about 10 minutes away from the farm. Kingaroy is about half an hour away. There is a great off roading spot in the forest that is literally up the road from us.

What a great campsite! Callan was really lovely and super accommodating for us. An amazing host all around and always stopped for a chat when he saw us exploring the land. The site was beautiful and clean. Animals were friendly and you got lots of opportunities to pat and feed them! there was lots to explore and places to see within the site. we loved going for swims in the lake and it was nice and quiet for all of us. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again! We recommend this site if you love peaceful walks, seeing lots of animals, going for swims, and staying somewhere quiet and peaceful!

There is so much space, Heather and Louise are beautiful hosts, the stars are incredible at night, beautiful well kept grass camp areas, toilet and shower and kayaks at the lake. We had a fantastic time!

Very conveniently located site, within walking distance of the town facilities, but with stunning views and an isolated bush feel. The bath room and kitchen/store area are comfortable and private. The hosts are very friendly and accomodating, making us feel right at home.

Hidden Camp Farm Stay is a mixture of beautiful Aussie bush, wandering horses, donkeys, chickens and geese. Honda the family dog came down for a visit as well. The camels were a little shy while we were there.
Callan, Leah and their helpers are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We had a unpowered site, plenty of room for our vehicle and camper trailer.
Lots of space and privacy to camp whether you are, after sites up near the big barn, down near the dam or up on the grassy hill. There are two Tiny Houses as well, set out in the bush.
Amenities are clean, potable water available.
Highly recommend Hidden Camp Farm Stay, a place to destress, back to basics, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to just stop and regroup. Listen to the cicadas of a night-time, being welcomed in the morning by the wandering donkeys.
It is exciting to see how much work has been achieved in the 6 months, Callan and Leah have been at there Glenwood property. Cannot wait see what you guys do in the future!

My family and I loved camping, we were with our 1-year-old baby. we stayed in the place with energy and that of course facilitated our stay. the fact that we had the kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and etc. is wonderful. in addition the bathrooms are always clean and there is a shower with hot water. we hope to return soon . Calan is super kind and communicative and tries to understand in the best possible way, we are Brazilians and English is still a barrier for us and he was super kind.

Great spot, not too far off the main road yet lots of peace and quiet. We loved the natural bushland setting and especially the wandering menagerie of friendly animals.
Callan and his team of friendly helpers have done wonders with the place since they've been there and it will only get better.
We've already recommended it to many people and hope to be back.

I stayed at Hidden Camp for a week over Australia Day and honestly, it was incredible. Proper switch-off, back-to-basics, breathe again kind of place. Peaceful, quiet, birds everywhere, no traffic noise, no planes, just bush and space. It feels like you’re miles from anywhere, even though it’s only about 30 minutes drive north of Gympie. The farm animals were such a joy, camels, donkeys, geese, ducks, horses, mini horses, chickens, plus a very confident rooster. The drop toilets were genuinely clean, the potable water tasted great, hot and cold shower, and everything just felt well cared for without being overdone.
Australia Day weekend was such a vibe. Live music with a fantastic singer, thong-throwing comps, relaxed friendly energy without feeling crowded at all. Even with loads of campers coming in, everyone had heaps of space and privacy. Easy access for cars, vans, and caravans, plus extra areas for four wheel drives if you want. Your choice of places to camp - near the dam or up on the grassy green hill. It feels like the middle of nowhere but without the hassle of getting there. I loved it, I fully decompressed, and I will absolutely be back.
