Our guests are required to be self contained (have own shower & toilet). Our pub toilets are open 24 hours as a courtesy. We also have a basic/spartan shower/toilet block for emergencies/back up.
Pets are permitted but must be kept on a leash at all times n campground and at the pub. This is to protect the wildlife and surrounding environment. To note during our large events (ie: Sublime Fest) pets are not allowed due to numbers on site.

Heaps of rides just out the gate though through forestry tracks. (turn left out of the grounds, then left again onto Priddy Rd, cross Tin Can Bay Rd and ride for miles into the forestry) Ask any questions , we are fellow horse people afterall :)

Limited firewood is sometimes available. It can be bought at a reasonable price about 9km along the road towards Burrum Heads..
Campers must be self-contained with their own toilet and shower and need to remove their rubbish. Particularly suitable for RVs and caravans with own toilet.
Well suited for overnight travelers passing between Maryborough and Bundaberg, or others needing a few days rest, fishing or water activities.
Sandflies are a problem in this region anywhere near water, in the mornings until about 9am and in the evenings after about 3:30pm, so bring plenty of repellent and apply early and often.
Sites are 30-40 metres apart with a maximum of 8 vehicles and their occupants in the whole property. No overcrowding!
Looking for a special breakfast or brunch? Try Goody’s on the Beach, a 3-minute drive away at Toogoom for great waterside dining or Arkarra Gardens, 10 minutes away for a tropical rainforest dining experience.

Our property is located halfway between Gympie and Maryborough (approx. 20 minutes from the Bruce Highway) tucked away down a private road which is lovely and peaceful.
We have some walking trails located on the Camp Grounds to take in the scenery, or for the more adventurous located behind the office are longer walking trails with spectacular views at the top.
There is a bike track and playground with Mini Putt Putt to keep the kids amused! Currently an RC track in the making for the remote 4WD enthusiasts.
Easy access to the Mary River if you would like a spot of fishing, swimming or kayaking. Keep your eye out for the platypus and Mary River Turtles.
We also have fire pits available at most sites with plenty of free firewood to collect around the property.
Your fury friends are more than welcome but for the safety of them and others must be on a lead at all times.
We are located about 50 minutes from Gympie, an hour 15 minutes from Rainbow Beach and or Hervey Bay and 45 minutes from Maryborough. The town of Tiaro is only 15 minutes down the road which has a Foodworks, Pub, United Fuel and Cafe.
Don't forget the local Gundy Pub is only 5 minutes down the road. Great atmosphere and meals "tell them we sent you".

Take a very short walk to the Pir'ri Reserve Walking Track where you can do a spot of bird watching or simply enjoy a stroll on the rustic bush tracks.
Beautiful calm swimming beaches are only a 9km drive away. You may also like to visit our huge pier at Urangan, or take a walk along the bike path which stretches 17kms along the waterfront. You will also find a shopping centre with Woolworths in this area and other specialty shops (post office and retail). Plenty of takeaway available- KFC, McDonalds, Golden Chicken, River Heads Cafe for breakfast and lunch daily and pizza three nights a week and restaurants in the vicinity.
River Heads where K’Gari Fraser Island barge leaves from is 7.5km from our camp and you are welcome to leave your vehicles parked up for a small fee.

To access the farm, turn right off the Maryborough Highway into Chapel Rd, then turn right at the picnic table beside the bikeway, and do not drive over the cattle grid. We offer numerous camping sites on cleared land lined by trees, near to our gully and seasonal creek. Each site is private and offers plenty of space. Campers must be self-contained with their own camp toilet, but there is a 24/7 dump station just 2km away.
A stone's throw from the campsites is access to the mobility corridor/bike path, which takes you straight into Hervey Bay and continues all the way past the shops to Urangan pier, offering 15km of ocean frontage to explore.
Our farm is located about 2.5km from both hospitals (private and government) for any care that you may need. All specialists and consulting facilities are very convenient.
Next door to the campsites is our fantastic local cafe, The Depot Espresso Bar, open at 6 in the morning. They're happy to take orders for our campers from 5:30 if you knock! It's perfect for hopping on your bike from camp, grabbing your morning caffeine fix, and continuing on the day's biking adventure.
Campfires are permitted, but please BYO firepit, and there is plenty of fallen timber you are welcome to collect and split yourself. Pets are welcome too!
Kids under 5 stay free and don't need to be included in the booking group count. Check-in is welcome after 9 am and you can depart anytime.

We’ve spent the last 18 months transforming our 56-acre property into a space where kids can completely lose themselves in outdoor play, giving parents a rare chance to truly unwind and reconnect. If you are looking for a weekend where the screens stay off and the kids come home happy and tired, this is your spot.

✨ A FULL WEEKEND OF NATURE PLAY:
While you kick back with a book or enjoy a quiet conversation, the kids have a massive, safe property to explore. Your stay includes full access to everything we offer:
🧚 The Enchanted Fairy Garden: A beautiful, twinkling space that sparks absolute magic for the kids at dusk.
🎨 Nature Crafts: Creative activities that keep little hands busy and focused while you enjoy some quiet time.
🐐 Animal interaction : The kids are welcome to pat and feed animals at any time, and you can purchase a large feed bucket for $10 so your kids can have endless fun interacting with the goats, guineapigs, ducks and chickens.
If you just can't get enough of the animals, contact us to see if we're running a farm tour on your dates where we take you behind the scenes (and fences) to meet our animals. Depending on the season this may include bottle feeding goats or cuddling baby guineapigs. These tours run based on availability and numbers so please reach out to express your interest. Adult $15/child $10.
🚲 Endless Outdoor Fun: Full free use of our bikes, basketball hoops, soccer nets, and a massive sandpit made for hours of building.
📶 Stay Connected: Free Wi-Fi at the Tiny House, playground, and animal pens if you need to check in or share a photo.

The Nomad: Wide-open, extra-large designated sites designed for peace, quiet, and privacy away from the main playground hub. This is our dog-friendly loop, with amenities a short 200m stroll away.
The Grove: Positioned right near the action, playground, and animals. You’ll be close to our brand-new toilets, camp kitchen, and open air shower.
The Circle: An extra-large, central site perfect for groups, easily fitting up to 7 campers together.
Boutique Stays: We also have a cozy onsite caravan and a tiny house available—just contact us for details
Private Functions: Planning a gathering? Reach out to book a large private area for your group event.
🔥 Campfire Comforts: Every site gets a free fire drum. You are welcome to wander the property to collect your own firewood, or we can drop a pre-split bag right to your site for $20.
💧 Fresh Water: Clean, potable town water is easily accessible at our communal taps to fill up your tanks.
📍 CONVENIENTLY LOCATED:We are just 2 minutes from the Bruce Highway, making it an incredibly easy Friday afternoon escape. Our handy location means you might hear some road noise, but it also means you are just minutes away from the local weir and grabbing fresh treats from the famous Howard Bakery!
On top of that, we are a Midgee-Free zone—so you can sit out by the campfire all evening without dealing with the frustrating bites common in nearby coastal areas.

Lovely place to camp we were there 3 nights the hosts were friendly and easy to get along with. The grandkids loved feeding the animals and were fortunate enough to be there one of the lambs were born. Highly recommend.

My time at Janita’s property was wonderful! I stayed at Flynn’s campground and it was so peaceful and had some great little trails leading to a beautiful creek. There were plenty of spots to pick from and it was a very serene location 🌲⛺️⭐️

I had such a great quiet stay, hidden away in Wills spot with my 2 dogs. There was a pristine little ‘beach’ spot on the creek just a short walk through the bush. Plus so many other tracks to explore with different creek access points. The amenities were sufficient with a couple of drop toilets around and the little farm shop was super useful when I need some insect repellent. The owners were lovely and super helpful but not intrusive. I would highly recommend 10/10!

What a stunning, well-kept property! We will definitely be visiting here again. Warren was so lovely and welcoming. Easy going and responsive to messages. Toilets and showers were well maintained. Warren even brought us about 10 passionfruit to enjoy. Dogs went for a swim in the dam - too cold for us! Thanks Warren for giving us a great 4-day getaway!

Well established camping grounds with either an open field up the top with a lookout over the river or a more secluded camping down the bottom with spacious areas and walking track. Very quiet down the bottom can barely hear road noise. Kid friendly but obviously would still keep them in sight as there is water around. Lovely, helpful hosts. We had a great time

1 night at Hidden Creek Farm Qld
We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Creek Farm, Flynn’s Nature Camp! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is beautiful, with lovely little nature walks to explore, a playground, and a handy little store stocked with all the essentials. It was also our puppy’s very first camping trip, and he absolutely loved every minute of it! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend Hidden Creek Farm to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We’ll certainly be back!
