It was so peaceful! The waterhole was a blessing and the area was just gorgeous. Paul welcomed me and gave me the lay of the land and obviously loves his very special spot. It was just me so I picked a small site but a couple of the others look fabulous for a bigger group.

We received a very warm welcome from Paul who maintains the sites perfectly. We stayed at site 4 which was huge and I think the best pick. Access to this site is a tight squeeze and I wouldn’t take a trailer. Plenty of room for you and your mates in a 4wd though. We’ll add that the loo was the cleanest we’ve ever seen. 5/5

What a truly beautiful property. Rick and Jena were so welcoming. The sites are all very spacious and flat. and grassy. The Mary River is beautiful, and was flowing nicely. The highlight was when the goats came for a visit. Will definitely be back.

Lovely spot by the upper reaches of the Mary River although there were quite a few campers on site, we were well spread out and comfortable. Highly recommended. Note the council road in has quite a steep dip through the creek crossing. We had a standard 20 foot caravan, but needed 4WD to handle the gravel, 2WD would be okay with a camper trailer no bigger.

The sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Camp Fires are allowed on site (unless bans are on) Please don’t move fire pits. We can cater for large groups of people including camping/caravans. Easy access and you don’t have to unhitch as there are lots of space to get around. Pets are welcome but must be restrained at all times. All waste to be taken away when you leave. Our quiet property is just 10m from Kenilworth, 2m from Booloumba Creek, Little Yabba, the Mary River & Charlie Morlands where you can wander around town or explore the beautiful scenery on a day hike. Based on a no through road and next to a National Park where there is many creeks to explore, all within a quick 1min walk. The space is yours to enjoy privately with a seperate gated entrance. Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

This amazing property has views of mt Coolum and mt Nindery with some of the best sunrise and sunsets around. With easy access to the property we can also cater for larger caravans and big groups of people. Being on the river there is option for fishing and crabbing, we are only a few hundred meter walk to the Yandina Creek Wetlands walking trails. Camp Fires are allowed on site.
