Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
A cleared grass/gravel paddock close to everything Maroochydore, Coolum and the Sunshine Coast has to offer! Our land backs onto the Maroochy River (no direct access but the boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive away) and each site is sheltered by tall trees. There are 3 defined sites with plenty of room for privacy and escape in nature. Bring your own push bike or walking shoes to explore the mangroves and bushland. We have an abundance of native wildlife and it’s a good idea to bring mozzie/insect repellent. We do have plenty of firewood available although if it’s been raining it will be best to BYO wood. We have a communal fire pit you can use (please don't camp on the grass near the fire pit). We kindly ask all campers to be 100% self-sufficient as we do not have any waste, water, or power facilities. You carry it in you carry it out. Our site is 2WD friendly although once again if it's been raining it's best to stick to the gravel roads. Please message me if you have any questions! To keep us all safe, we have some VERY IMPORTANT notes: Please stay on the gravel roads - there are deep holes and drains hidden by long grass on neighbouring blocks. These can cause damage to vehicles and you will need a tow truck to be recovered. Bring your pets, please keep them close as we have no fences.

Blue!
Privacy in the middle of Everything
We really enjoyed Blue- it was a perfect respite from crowded sites. The privacy yet proximity to everything was superb. Pet friendly - no fence. Danielle was an excellent communicator and we have nothing but good things to say. We travel with a Landcruiser and 21'6" caravan and the sites themselves we brilliant. It is a roadbase drive and packed sites, great turnaround set up. Scrub one side, paddocks and roos the other. The entryway was a squeeze- made a little trickier because the recent rain made the turn-in boggy. We kept two wheels on the tarmac at all times and watched the overhang on the right. There is no turnaround at the end of the dead-end road- don't let Google fool you.

Camping with Kangaroos
A perfect place to hideaway from the crowds, level sites great fire pit, bit of traffic noise but bearable for the privacy, was so special waking up surrounded by the kangaroos - potable water 2 mins drive away was a bonus!

Vans be careful at driveway entry
We loved waking up at this camp with the kangaroos everywhere. As we arrived after dark we couldn’t see what was around but by morning the grassy flat areas with generous firepits showed how great this camp is. Unfortunately though the access was horrendous in the dark. A tight turn off a narrow lane onto an even narrower bridge in the driveway with drop offs either side into a creek were bad enough. If towing a van then doing a wide turn across the scrub and long grass was necessary to avoid the low branch of the gum tree at the driveway entrance. From the scrapes on that tree we weren’t the only ones to cause damage to our van on the first attempt. Probably easier in daylight!

Great Spot in the nature
Great Spot in the nature with a great view and also with kangaroos. A little bit noisy in order to the motorway nearby but not so loud, so you can sleep good. Just a short walk over the Bridge to a nice Restaurant 'Flume' with live music. Thanks for staying here. We can recommend it.

Despite being below the highway, it was rather quite, good for a base camp set up, we were here in-between raining days. So stock up on mozzie repellent ha
