We camped with our motor home at Nobby Beach and it was a wonderful experience! The showers and bathrooms were always clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Our 3rd time camping at Misty Ridge and we love it ! It is a peaceful and beautiful part of the Northern Rivers. and despite being only a 5 minute car drive into the lovely village of Burringbar it feels so tranquil and is also very pleasing to the eye. The owner Kirsty was happy to accommodate our early arrival and for that we are truly grateful. We will certainly be returning again as the whole experience makes this one of our favourite campsites that we have ever been too. Well done Kirsty !

Misty Ridge is a beautiful, peaceful farmstay. We loved our time here and used it as a great base to enjoy the many local country towns and attractions. The campsites are beside a lovely landscaped dam full of purple waterlillies and everything is well maintained. We loved watching the horses in the nearby paddock, making a fire and relaxing in the peaceful setting. The spot has fabulous access to the rail trail for rides and countryside walks. Kirsty is a friendly, helpful host and was quick to respond. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Weekend Trip to Misty Ridge

Beautiful flat, grassy spot over looking the dam. We have been coming here for around 3 years now and Kirsty has always kept it spotless and well looked after. Its our go to hip camp when we just want to get away from it all and relax. Its right on the bike rail trail and a leisurely 10 minute drive to the beach.

1 night at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort

We were only planning on staying a couple of nights but due to circumstances beyond our control ended up being here five nights. The location is fabulous, close to so many shops, there are choices of pools, the amenities are very well maintained. It’s quiet considering the volume of patrons. We stayed in a motor home site then a cabin. We swam, we used the BBQ’s, we ate in the bistro, used the laundry all of which were great but the outstanding thing for us was the staff- particularly reception. They accommodated our tricky situation with ease and we appreciated it immensely. Thank you very much.

Misty Ridge was great. Nice area and lovely setting. It’s particularly great if you want to ride the rail trail - which goes across their driveway. Even after your ride you can sit at camp watching the rail trailers go by!

2 nights at Misty Ridge

Lucky enough to have been here on our own but plenty of room had there been other campers. Absolutely stunning views across the dam to the ranges. About a 15/20 minute drive to main shopping centre and literally out the front gate onto the rail trail. We would have stayed on for longer except for the need for internet. Would love to come back again for a couple of days of true downtime. Thanks for having us.
