Located on the Mid North Coast NSW, 4kms off the Pacific Highway, and a quick 13/15-minute drive to the holiday township of Port Macquarie. Port Macquarie is known for its beautiful beaches, coastal scenery and walks, koala hospital, local strawberry and tomato picking, and 4WDing at nearby beaches and through Cairncross State Forest.
Bernard and Susan are custodians of the farm, primarily using the land for poultry (egg), pig, and goat farming. They are transitioning to an off-grid and eco-friendly lifestyle for their retirement.
The Hatch Farm is home to many animals, most of whom are rescues - including border collies, cavalier king charles spaniels, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, miniature horses, cows, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. There is plenty to do and see around the farm from complete relaxation, interacting with the friendly animals (there is usually a variety of babies to cuddle!), to casting a line or launching your boat from the rustic boat ramp. Please note that all animal interactions are self-led (including our animal nursery), and children must be supervised by their parents/carers. During NSW School Holidays, host led animal interactions will be available at designated times.

Mountainview offers approximately 15 acres/700mts of riverside van sites which cater only to self-contained vans. Public toilets are within easy walking distance in the local township of Long Flat where you will also find a great pub and general store to resupply (1 km from property entrance).
The property features a gated entrance and graveled road for your convenience and safety. We have 13 designated van sites available with plenty of space for privacy. If you are booking with others, please let us know so we can site you together.
We are unable to accommodate tent sites.
The river is a perfect spot to swim, kayak or fish with plenty of wildlife around to see, river shoes are advised for your comfort. The river can sometimes be swollen and fast flowing. Please watch children at all times.
Camping fires are only allowed outside of fire restrictions. Fires must be in a proper container / bucket. Please leave site clear. If you forage for wood please clear site of whats left before leaving This property is pet friendly though we do ask that owners leash and clean up after their fur babies. Dump points are located at Wauchope and Port Macquarie. We ask that all rubbish is taken with you upon leaving. Please be mindful that we do have neighbours and we ask that you be respectful and keep all noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 6am.
Please DO NOT cut through our neighbours property to get to and from pub. This is classed as trespassing and you will be ejected from property.

We offer paid garden tours and the opportunity to harvest fresh organic veggies for your dinner, or maybe you want to work in the garden with our team for your dinner, learning new skills as you go!
Set up in The Grove or amongst The Pecans and enjoy the quiet.
Shady pockets and sunny rows, a fireplace with wood and plenty of space!
Just a short walk to the toilet and shower and a short drive to our favourite swimming hole in the river which has shallow areas for the kids and a bridge to jump off for the adventurous. Just the break you are needing!

Bernard and Susan are custodians of the farm, primarily using the land for poultry (egg), pig, and goat farming. They are transitioning to an off-grid and eco-friendly lifestyle for their retirement.
The Hatch Farm is home to many animals, most of whom are rescues - including border collies, cavalier king charles spaniels, chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep, goats, miniature horses, cows, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs. There is plenty to do and see around the farm from complete relaxation, interacting with the friendly animals (there is usually a variety of babies to cuddle!), to casting a line or launching your boat from the rustic boat ramp. Please note that all animal interactions are self-led (including our animal nursery), and children must be supervised by their parents/carers. Camping fires are only allowed outside of fire restrictions. Fires must be in a proper container / bucket. Please leave site clear. If you forage for wood please clear site of whats left before leaving This property is pet friendly though we do ask that owners leash and clean up after their fur babies. Dump points are located at Wauchope and Port Macquarie. We ask that all rubbish is taken with you upon leaving. Please be mindful that we do have neighbours and we ask that you be respectful and keep all noise to a minimum after 11pm and before 6am.

We are a busy organic veggie farm nestled in the Upper Rollands Plains Valley. Surrounded by forest, with large dams (great for swimming), plenty of wildlife and horses in the paddock.
We offer paid garden tours and the opportunity to harvest fresh organic veggies for your dinner, or maybe you want to work in the garden with our team for your dinner, learning new skills as you go!
Set up in The Grove or amongst The Pecans and enjoy the quiet.

We stayed at Creek Front Six and absolutely loved it. The site itself is beautiful—peaceful, well set up, and right on the creek, which made it incredibly relaxing. Waking up to the sound of the water and being surrounded by nature was exactly what we were hoping for.
What really made our stay special, though, were the hosts Greg and Jamie. They were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and their local knowledge and warmth really stood out.
It’s clear a lot of thought and care has gone into this campsite. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend Creek Front Six to anyone looking for a beautiful spot and outstanding hosts.

We love it here. Have been twice and plan to come back. The sites are roomy, plenty for the kids to do with visits up to the farm to feed the animals and snuggle the bunnies. The river is clear and safe. We brought some biscuits and brownies from their daughter too and they were delicious as well as eggs. A very safe relaxing place to go!

The camping area is absolutely fantastic. Right next to the Ballengarra river. Rick and Cheryl provide kayaks and boogie boards for guests, an undercover bbq area and immaculately clean toilets.
Their daughter Nicole comes down daily to sell delicious baked goods and fresh eggs can also be purchased.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the farm and will be back for sure. Will also be recommending it to our friends and family for sure.
If you want a relaxing enjoyable camping experience with friendly hosts this is the place to go.

Camp Kundle was such a pleasant stay. We were there for 5 nights in January. The creek was lovey to camp near for swimming, facilities were clean and well kept. The hosts checked in on us every day and gave us tips on what to do and see locally. Highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

Great little spot. Short 10min from the highway. I just stopped in for the night on my travels south but I would definitely pop in again. Jaimie and Greg were lovely and kind enough to give me some tank water. The campsite was large and well set out with little fire pits at each site. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved camping at Bundilla River Camp.
Large grassy sites, the river was the perfect cooling down spot with boogie boards and kayaks available. The kids swings and bikes were an added bonus and we really enjoyed the farm tour. We loved that we could order wood which was delivered straight to the site and the baked goods by Nicole were so delicious!
