Escape to the tranquil beauty of Cameron's Falls Farm, a 100 acre hobby farm just 5 minutes from Wauchope and 25 minutes from Port Macquarie's beaches. Immerse yourself in nature as you camp beside our friendly cows, swim, fish or kayak in the Hastings river, hike our trails, or forage in our wild orchards. All of our sites are secluded as our property is large, we invite you to our peaceful piece of countryside for a self contained camping trip with all the convenience of town just minutes away. Cameron's Falls is a historic site, the 'falls', really just gentle rapids, are the original river crossing site for horse drawn vehicles to travel from Port Macquarie/Wauchope inland to Beechwood and beyond. Today we are a hobby farm with cows, horses - we invite you to say hello, but please don't feed any of the animals. We also have an abundant vegetable garden and often have extra, if we are here to greet you on arrival you can fill up with potable water and pick your own from our garden. The Hastings is still tidal at our place so the access and flow varies throughout the day - we generally take our littlest kids down at low tide. Swim, fish or explore our hiking trails though the old growth riparian vegetation along winding creeks. If you are into birds you will see plenty here - in the last 12 months we have counted nearly 100 different species on our property!

Amazing stay
We had a great stay at Bago view swimming and fishing in the river. Sophie and Anthony were amazing hosts, from taking the kids on buggy and excavators rides to dropping off fresh herbs. Patty the cows and horses were also a huge hit! Would highly recommended and will definitely be back.

Relaxed, warm and hospitable host
We love the place. The owner was so chill and yet very helpful and accommodating. We felt really relaxed there even though it was just for two days. Even our dog was totally relaxed and happy there. We will definitely go back.

Had a great weekend, very private and spacious sites. Just a couple of tips.....grass could be slashed on sites and access to river for swimming etc could be improved.

Fruit Tree Gully
We just spent the most perfect 3 nights at Cameron’s falls farm! It’s an absolutely beautiful property with so much space! The animals were so friendly and loved a good Pat. The river was SO much fun, we spent the whole day down there, swimming, kayaking and throwing rocks. Quick drive into town and only 25 mins from port Macquarie. We had a rainy day and it was still beautiful! The hosts were also amazing, so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much guys we had a great time! :)
