This is the place!  Unbeatable panoramic star gazing views as an added bonus for hours of stargazing tranquility!  Over 2 and a half acres of off grid living in high elevation within the stars but close to civilization when you forget your essentials. 30 mins from Ogden City limits, 15 mins from Eden shopping centers and endless 360 mountain views around the property.   5 mins away from Causey Reservoir and Monte Cristo mountains.  Please excuse the construction dust, and the rental price reflects this.  We're planting more trees, installing shade structures, building bridges, and improving each campsites from your stay.  Thank you for your support and love.

This site is very much off the grid, quiet and secluded. There were a few things in the listing that confused me, like the water for instance. I was under the impression water would be provided, but there was none available. Tone was super helpful and gave us one of his liters free of charge. I also knew there was no shower but thought there was a lake or river to jump in on the property based in how the listing waa written. However, it was a peaceful stay, although it was just a stopover between two points. The stargazing was excellent. Note that there is a gravel road we were not expecting (1/2 mile) that was a little rough but still doable.

This campsite is a work in progress. Do not camp here unless you see new pictures of an improved space.

It looks as though the owner is in the process of creating a neat little campground. But the work they were doing was not disclosed to me until after I booked it. I was warned about some mounds of mulch on the property that had yet to be spread around.

When I stayed there it looked like a construction site/dump. There was garbage and debris everywhere. See photos for reference. I didn’t set my tent up on a “designated” site because there was debris covering everything, the ground was very uneven and covered in rocks. I ended up just setting up in the road.

The one thing this place had going for it was that it was very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at the campsite. The host was extremely accommodating and would gladly stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The guys running the property were super awesome and helpful! The camp is a little rocky to pull your car on the campsite, but a smaller crossover and bigger can make it, and also if you have a smaller car you can park just off the road, so it’s not really a problem, other than that, we loved it!

I needed something short notice and dog friendly as an over night stop along a road trip. This works for that. That said, I wouldn’t stay here if I was looking to camp for a weekend. There was no privacy and we heard our neighbors music and barking dog all night. The site (1) had a lot of holes and rocks and random debris. But, the surrounding area was pretty, and Tone was super responsive and nice.
