Come enjoy our 40 acres just 25 minutes from the heart of Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will enjoy views of rolling hills and the spacious sky. The area is quite peaceful and you may see wildlife such as birds, cows and coyotes roaming freely. There is lots to do from hiking, to nearby fishing and activities in town as well.

The site is situated on 40 acres just outside of Cheyenne Wyoming. The country acres are vast with little to no traffic. There is no running water, electricity or plumbing at the site.

If you enjoy being a short 25 minute drive from the center of town this is the place for you. Plenty of room to have your privacy to pitch a tent and set up a fire to roast smores.

Great property! Poor directions! Listing stated a corner property, fenced in. Her property was NOT fenced. Thankfully, she answered her texts promptly and we found the right property. Perfect place if the directions are fixed!

I can't give a review except that I could not find the site. If you click on the GPS map it takes you very far out on rough roads then every direction she gave me failed. After a few hours and a blown tire, I just gave up. She was very nice and said she would refund us but I also have not seen that :( So not sure if this might be a scammer or just they have not been out this way in a long time to give good directions..
