Happy C's "Ranch" , loosely termed, is 8 acres of native grassland that hasn't been grazed or farmed in over 100 years. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset. Perfect for Cheyenne Frontier Days or LCCC Roping Events. It is located about 15 miles from Cheyenne Frontier Days Frontier Park and about 13 miles from Laramie County Community College. There is easy access to I80 which can take you anywhere you need to go.

Grassy site 4 - Pets are allowed

We drove through Cheyenne on a road trip and this was a great spot to land for the night! It’s just far enough off the interstate to enjoy the quiet, starry night yet close enough to conveniently get back on the road. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise! Connie reached out to us immediately after booking to make sure we knew where to go and how to get ahold of her if we needed something. Great host!

Great camping near Cheyenne

Connie’s camping spot was ideal for relaxation and stargazing and is located just minutes away from activities and restaurants in Cheyenne. Connie was an excellent host and provided expert-level recommendations about the area and all there is to do. Easy to find location and clearly marked camping spot.
