Caledon State Park has 6 hike in or paddle in sites. Each has a fire ring, picnic table and lantern stand. There is a portapotty, but no toilets, showers, drinking water or electricity. No trailers or RVs are allowed.
That said, the Potomac R is beautiful, the woods are gorgeous and shady and the trails are outstanding.
