Zephyr Acres was the perfect spot for our trip through Southern Utah. The higher elevation and beautiful farm land gave us exactly what was needed… a cool, quiet spot. Communication with Dustin was great. Would highly recommend!

The hosts were beyond helpful and communicative. Passing through on a windy day, and having issues with my canvas camper top, Dustin went above and beyond in making sure I had help if needed. 10/10.

Really just pulled in for overnight so don’t really have much to say. Ground was pretty flat but has lots of prickers which for van camping was fine but for a tent that could be undesireable. Never really saw host but again I got there late and I don’t mind that either. Simple, clean and as advertised. I would go there again.

Tent camping here was simple and enjoyable. Dustin's property is clean and easy to find. Cell service here is good. I would recommend a night here.

We had a lovely time here! It’s a beautiful property outside of the city that includes its own swimming pond. It was so great to have a place to swim after a long hot day In the car. We were greeted by a woman and her 2 dogs and they were so nice. You park next to the pond to sleep and there are a lot of cow pies to avoid on the shore. Also there were about 25 bee boxes about 100 ft from the pond so there were a ton of bees on the shore drinking from the pond but they leave you alone if you leave them alone, we forgot they were even there after a bit. I would say this is a hidden gem and you should do yourself a favor and book as soon as possible. 😀

We stayed at Zephyr Acres for one night in late August. It was delightful to camp next their little pond, watching and listening to the birds in the evening, and the rooster and chickens in the morning! Dustin was helpful and excellent with communication. The HipCamp is a few miles from the freeway, but our phone maps app guided us there quite well. Once you turn onto the driveway, expect to go several hundred feet until you see the house and outbuildings. Dustin said we could park anywhere in the field next to the pond. There was potable water, a nice benefit if you need it! Everything was exactly as Dustin listed Zephyr Acres on his HipCamp profile.

Quiet location well off the freeway. Easy access to camp area. Friendly dogs greeted us.
The pond was drained for repairs, but we are sure it will make a lovely addition to the campsite.
