Hilltop #1
in Perfect campsite on Haven de Bie Farm nestled in the valley near Blue Marsh Lake!, PennsylvaniaPast trip
in Blue Barn Hollow, ConnecticutIt was picturesque with all the barns, and Anne and Scott were extremely welcoming and made themselves very available. Our kids loved sleeping near the horses, and helping to harvest duck eggs. And we were very pleased to find a beautiful hiking trail directly across the street! It felt like we were in the deep country yet we were close to restaurants and several small towns. We definitely wanna come back to the area to check out more of what it has to offer.
The campsite was behind a huge oak tree pretty far from the main house, so we felt like we could make noise without disturbing anyone. The main road, which you cannot see has some traffic on it that you can hear a bit later than we wouldâve liked, but we still all sleep great.
We wished we hadnât come in so kate so that we couldâve taken advantage of the fire pit, hommock, game room etc.

Site 4 - Mean Green's Farm
in Mean Green's Farm, MissouriWe enjoyed the easy check in, and staying in the grassy field. It was beautiful to wake up here.
Watch out for bugs at night! And the spot we stayed was next to a road, although not travelled too heavily it was loud when cars did come.
Past trip
in Shine & Rise Magic Food Forest, VirginiaThis camping spot is magical! There are little artistic touches and creative things all over. Jay kindly met us to show us the camp spot and there were strings of lights hanging around the space making it cozy and enchanting. He was welcoming and thoughtful with told us all the things we needed to know. And upon our departure Jay gave our son the opportunity to meet a new Turkey and even name it! Our kids loved exploring the farm and seeing the diverse array of animals and plants. We will definitely come again!
