This little camper is a great option for anyone staying at Rockaway Bech. Mike is super friendly and a great host. He stays on the property and gave us great recommendations for the area. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

It was so lovely, I had to come back! I stayed at Dave's a few years ago and couldn't get it out of my mind. I came back this year and had another great night at the Hay House Farm. Dave is a gracious host and even showed us the children's book he created about his dogs life on the farm. Waking up to the stupa is magical. I can absolutely see myself coming back again, there is still more to explore.

Dave was great and the stupa was beautiful. It was less private then I expected, you basically camp in the nature preserve next door that is publicly assessable, we had a couple people wander by us. I was also a little disappointed how far away the lake was and that you could hear 95 when it was quiet. Still had a great time! The woods directly behind the campsite were beautiful and easy to walk through with trails that connected to the next town. The bamboo room was super cool, an interesterestingnplave to visit for sure.

Past trip
in Balsam Way Campsite - Closed 2023, MaineNancyâs place was a lovely little spot down a gravel road. You could hear a couple of the neighbors sometimes but overall it feels like you have your own space. The hose had great pressure and made washing off a couple dishes really easy. Great location on the island, try the lobster spot just down the road! I also recommend driving around the gravel roads on the western mountain, fun way to see part of the park.
Sasha hasn't gone on any trips yet.
