Past trip
in Wood River Valley Camp, OregonLittle oasis by to crater lake
This is a well-maintained campsite, easy to find, and the restroom facilities were clean. Water pump is easy to use. Convenient trash disposal and an absolutely stunning view. In mid-July it is VERY dusty, and evening mosquitos are significant, just fyi. As advertised, it is next to the road, so you will hear cars and motorcycles at peak hours, but it did not affect our sleep. We stayed two nights with our child and two dogs and felt safe and comfortable.
Past trip
in Miner Creek Campground, MontanaI would literally travel to Montana just to stay here, and I only regret we stayed only one night. This beautifully cultivated spot feels like magic, down to the cleanest porta potty I have ever seen. We slept between flowing streams underneath a canopy of whispering trees. Can't Recommend highly enough.
Past trip
in Tent camping near a pine forest, South DakotaThis is a well-appointed campground with very helpful, friendly, attentive staff. It was quiet and clean, and one of the best maintained shower houses I've ever used. And there was even WiFi! Highly recommend.

Site 2 - Gypsy and Candy for tents and cars
in Gypsy & Candy, CaliforniaTaking into consideration that we arrived at Gypsy and Candy around 10pm, we had quite a time finding this little site! I do think campers should know that it is a very small site, and right on the (rural) road, with neighbors nearby. It served our purposes of needing a place to stop for one night very well, and there is a picnic table and bin, as advertised. We also enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise, and felt very safe in this spot.

Sunrise Tent
in Blue Tin Ranch, South DakotaAdorable spot, nice amenities, gorgeous sunset, and we felt completely safe.
Tent Camp on Coulter Creek
in Creekside in Roaring Fork Valley, ColoradoA absokute gem
If there are more dedicated hosts somewhere, I would be very surprised! R & A have poured themselves into this beautiful property and we loved every second of our stay. We soaked in the beauty, played in the creek, hiked in the canyon, encountered wildlife....but we were also moments from the modern world by car. Just awesome!
Site 3 - Desert OASIS. Beautiful Refreshing
in Desert OASIS. Beautiful Refreshing, UtahOasis? more like paradise!
Oasis is not a strong enough word for this tiny paradise. From the carefully currated green space to the full amenities to the morning chorus of birds, we could have stayed here forever!

Site 5 of The Meadow Grove
in The Meadow Grove of Hands Full Farm, CaliforniaPasture proves to be perfect
Detailed directions and clearly-marked property were essential for us at this site, because we arrived LATE. But getting in and setting up were a breeze, and in the morning we found this pretty site to be just as advertised!
Site 4
in Lane Creek Reserve, OregonGet out to the farm!
Our only regret about staying at the organic farm was that we couldn't stay longer! Absolutely beautiful views, wonderfully curated site, and we had a fantastic time touring the farm and meeting all the animals. Daniel could not have been more hospitable, and we will come back as soon as we can.
Lazy AA Land & Cattle Camping
in Andersen's Rustic Farm Paradise, NebraskaWhat a gorgeous spot, and generous, helpful hosts! We felt right at home.
Happy Hollow Retreat
in Happy Hollow Retreat, MissouriPerfectly pastoral
After an idyllic drive through a pastoral landscape, you arrive at Happy Hollow, and it's really only when you reach the top of the hill that you start to understand its magic. This spot is perfectly primitive--we felt completely removed from everyone and everything, yet totally safe. I challenge you to find kinder, sweeter, or more accomodating hosts, or a more beautiful sunrise. Our only complaint is that we didn't plan to stay longer!
High Desert Camping
in High Desert Camping, New MexicoWe really liked it here and we got a suprise doggo visit wich we were not mad about!
