Welcome to a serene, campsite tucked in to a private forest overlooking a cascading brook, dappled with sunlight, surrounded by towering trees. Set up camp and let the your immersion in nature begin.
Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee by the fire or streaming music under the stars, this is a space to both unwind and reconnect. As one guest put it:
"Very nice spot overlooking a brook with an amazing fire location (calling it a pit doesn't begin to describe it)." â Mike R.
Explore our private nature trail that winds along the brook to the beaver pond. Many of the Hemlock trees you will pass are between 150 to 300 years old. This forest is moist and cool and supports a diverse ecosystem, teaming with life. On hot days, cool off with a refreshing dip in the natural pool along the way.
Though youâll feel miles from anywhereâstrong WiFi helps give peace of mind, whether you're working remotely, staying in touch with loved ones, or stargazing with a soundtrack.
Weâre located 2 miles off route 16, the major highway through this area. We feel worlds away, but are still 10 minutes from groceries, pharmacies and a EV charging station. We are 25 minutes from downtown Wolfeboro, nestled along the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshireâs largest lake. The region is rich with outdoor adventureâhiking and mountain biking trails, paddling on rivers and lakes, and scenic views at every turn. The Cotton Valley Rail Trail is just a short drive away.
Craving a seaside day trip? An hour gets you to the coastlines of Maine and New Hampshireâwith their rocky outcroppings, sandy beaches, and postcard-perfect towns like Portsmouth, York, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit.

Lovely host, rolling hills, quiet, and close to highways. Steep driveway, would be hard for big rigs in the driveway. Weâd stay there again!

Fossil Bed RV/Trailer Site
in Fossil Bed Camp, TexasFun photographing fossils
This was a great place to stay, and a unique opportunity to see 350 million year old fossilized shells! Amazing! The spot is very comfortable, level and private with a nice fire pit, the stars at night were a treat. Erin was an engaging and warm host. The spot is close to the road sound wise, but the traffic got quiet after 10. Very convenient location from Waco, easy to find.

Robert was the ultimate in southern. Hospitality. He was so friendly and introduced me to some great southern food. Interesting man who has had an unusual life. The sites are rustic but private and quiet. There is development around his land that you can see driving in and out. Close to groceries, stores and laundry.
North Shore Relic Ranch
in North Shore Relic Ranch, FloridaThey were great and helpful hosts, our camp spot was secluded and the nature was lush and tropical, and this was in January! Our site was very quiet and we slept well. The location is excellent, 45 minutes from Disney. They told us about a nature trail close by that had a ton of alligators. This isnât clamping, but there are surprising relics around every corner and they were happy to let us walk around and look at all the amazing vehicles. Their tiny goats were seriously adorable.
McKinnon Groves
