in Zoar Valley Forest Retreat, New YorkPioneer Living on Horse Farm
in The Land of Queen Mary, New YorkThe Land of Queen Mary is a serene slice of heaven tucked away in a small upstate New York town. If you are looking for the ultimate nature relaxation experience, you've found it. With a laid back vibe, this place is serendipity defined. Friendly animals, the sounds of nature surrounding and great hosts make any stay here worth while. Pioneer Living on a Horse Farm is a beautiful canvas tent tucked away on the farm, this "glamping" experience comes with a gas stove cooking set, a picnic table, access to a bbq grill and hot tub as well as countless other amenities on the farm. It's hard to believe a place like this actually exists, one would guess the farm is straight out of a movie. Everything about the place is great and I highly recommend visiting!
Just Be Cabin
in Sunflower Retreat, MassachusettsJust Be Cabin is the perfect remote woods getaway you are looking for. Immaculately clean and situated privately in the woods, we had a great time strolling through the forest and the beautiful gardens. Stacey and Brian were fantastic hosts, helpful and kind. The bathroom is super cool (earth toilet) and the open cabin had the perfect rustic feel with big windows and a wood stove. The directions to get here were great and Stacey was super easy to get in touch with. Definitely would stay here again!
Willow by the Pond
in Pond and Meadow acers, VermontWe had an amazing time at Willow by the Pond in Vermont! The hosts were very welcoming and answered all of our questions. Their dog, Tank, was super friendly and hung out with us while we set up camp in the field (nicely mowed with plenty of space). We were provided with garbage and recycling cans and 5 gallons of drinking water, and while the wet weather was less than ideal, it cleared up just in time to cook a great dinner talk into the night around a small fire.
