Gracie was extremely responsive and communicative on a same-day booking. Portapotty was spotless and the parking pads are nice and level. As others have noted, a little loud though due to I-5 proximity. Still got a really good nights rest.
Past trip
Hideaway Oaks
in Hideaway Oaks, CaliforniaOur first visit to Hideaway Oaks has surely inspired a desire for future visits. What a lovely spot. Karin and Neil were so warm in their communication and welcome, and the site itself was blissfully quiet. The toilet facility was very clean. There's also a nice walking trail loop on the property that we enjoyed in the morning, with sights of jackrabbits and raptors, to mention just a small sample of wildlife known to be spotted there.
Past trip
Madrone Tree Hill
in Madrone Tree Hill, CaliforniaMy second stay at MTH was every bit as delightful as the first. Love this place and its walking proximity to some of my favorite destinations in the Apple Hill region.
Past trip
Madrone Tree Hill
in Madrone Tree Hill, CaliforniaWonderful stay! Was lucky to have scored a site at the height of apple harvest season, so it was a treat to be able to stroll through the woods to get our cider doughnut fix at Rainbow. Found fellow campers friendly and respectful (and quiet). Really clean portajohns and easy access to potable water sources and wash sinks. Would definitely stay here again.

Past trip
in Chiefs Campsite, UtahNot only was it a gift to be able to spend a night/morning at the foot of the Monuments,, we were delighted by Krissieâs and her momâs warm welcome and hospitality. The furry ones are so cute, too. I dream of visiting again. Thank you so much, Krissie.
