We absolutely love camping at tipping t! I camped here alone with my small daughter and the host was gracious enough to give us the best camping spot so that we felt safe by ourselves. We had so much fun exploring the trails and the goats and going to jester king! Thank you and we will be back!
Nice campground at jester king
Great location right next to Jester King. The bathrooms and communal area (fire pit, grill, picnic tables & hammocks) were lovely. Probably the nicest bathroom I’ve experienced at a campground. There are only 4 campsites. Each site is kind of small but ours was big enough for our small group (3 people and one dog). Each site has a picnic table and a small table with a couple of chairs. There is a shared fire pit between sites 1 & 2 and 3 & 4. If you have a large group I would suggest reserving 3 & 4 or 2 & 1 together. There’s no sign for the campground which makes it a little difficult to find the first time. Overall good spot to camp. On the Jester King property and a few minutes drive from wineries, breweries, Abby Jane’s bakery and other places to checkout.
The camp itself was nice but there was an overbooking issue that had our group moved from the campsite we reserved to the public area in the center of the camping location. Generally wouldn't have been too big of an issue but it was a bit difficult to get some sleep due to the extra activity.
The bathrooms are nice though.
Amazing. the area is perfect.
This site was amazing. Jennifer let me and my buddies move around the land and camp wherever we wanted. We ended up using the giant fire pit and had a really nice fire. There was plenty of privacy between us and the people next to us. This was totally worth it. I can’t wait to do it again!
Loud—would not book or recommend
This campsite is not ideal and very loud and difficult to sleep due to constant noise from the brewery and surrounding lights from cabins.
The campsites sit about 50 feet from Jester King Brewery. Be prepared for loud music, talking coming from the brewery, some loud generator cutting on and off, and other folks in the area traversing and talking right next to your campsite. The campsites 1-4 are also right on top of each other. Our neighbors came at after 10pm and started setting up with bright lights. It’s not even their fault they’re near us or loud—they just put the campsites literally right on top of each other. It’s just a packed area with campsites all around, cabins, and a brewery in the back. If you’re a light sleeper in any fashion, be warned. We had to leave in the middle of the night and pack up our campsite cause it was so loud.
We love Jester King, and the nearby cabins look lovely, but you’re better off skipping this HipCamp booking if you want a good night’s sleep.
