Fern Gully Campsite #1
This was an awesome place to camp!!!!! There was water/electric hookup, plenty of space for us to park and turn around our truck/camper and the flattest terrain that our 2 German short haired pointers spent every day sniffing out! We will definitely be back!!! Josh was available for any questions (although service was spotty once you were there) which I didn’t mind! We found a doggy toy from the last pup that was there and left a brand new tennis ball for the next best boy/girl to enjoy! 10/10 recommend this stay!

My wife and I had a great time camping at Fern Gully! The campsite is in a beautiful location among the forest. The crushed gravel pad for the camper was more than adequate and made maneuvering onto the site a breeze. Josh was very responsive to my questions and I would definitely recommend this site to anyone interested in having solitude in the woods!

Fern Gully Campsite #1
Fairyland wooded site, but very wet
Very private, wooded site with beautiful natural accents, like ferns and mosses. Clear Creek State Park is just a few miles down the road with many hiking trails! Actual site is gravel with easy access to electricity and water. It did rain torrentially on our first night and the campsite remained very wet - and I mean streams of running water - for our entire weekend. If they're calling for rain, be prepared with waterproof shoes and rain shelters! Josh was very responsive to our questions in advance of our arrival, as well.

This is a great camp to relax with friends. It has a spacious graveled lot to maneuver the camper. There are two electric and water hook ups so bring a friend. The view of the fern covered forest floor from the fire pit is awesome. It’s 20 minutes to the canoe livery to rent kayaks, canoes or tubes for a relaxing float down the Clarion River. You can walk from the campsite to hit the Clear Creek State Park trails or drive around the corner to the State Park trail head. The neighbors were friendly and we felt safe.
