We have a camper and only use this camprground for the Caverns Shows. You can’t beat the location, plus they have electric hookups and permanent bathrooms/shower. Highly recommend!

Excellent campside near The Caverns. We parked our RV safely and securely to stay the night as we attended a concert at The Caverns. Our site had electric hookup. The clean bathroom is conveniently located and has hot showers. The location is peaceful and safe. The owners are welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend this campsite. We noticed they rent out small cabins that look really quaint and perfect for a night.

There are some sites that have street lights. Just be aware when booking. Site 3 is under a light, but the campground is a great option when seeing a show at the caverns. Available bath house is clean and convenient. Host is very friendly and helpful!

This is the perfect spot for the Caverns! The host was very friendly and welcoming. There's a new bathhouse that's very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect if you are going to a show at The Caverns :)
Very convenient all the way around...with restroom and shower access...some of the sites have fire rings too which is a huge plus not having to deal with bringing your own pit.

We've now stayed here a couple times and have really enjoyed the space. Nice spacious campsite really close to the Caverns in a beautiful setting with neighboring pastures and mountain views. The host was responsive and helpful and the bath house is really nice. We will be staying here again to enjoy some more shows.

Great place to stay in the Pelham, TN area. Brand new shower/bathroom house and only a 10 minute walk to The Caverns concert venue. Host Robert lives next door to the property so is very available to assist should you need help with campsite ammenities.

This spot is first class!! We pulled in a 40ft 5th wheel in, no problem!! The hosts are amazing, shower house is 1st class!! Dry camping has grass recreation area, this is the last stop on the road before caverns that has alive people on it!! Only a cemetery between camp and the caverns! We will be back at least twice a year!!!

We had a great time camping here. It’s a perfect spot for shows at The Caverns. The host was very accommodating and kind. There are now more sites and a shower house, which was a nice surprise. We were a bit bummed the quiet hours weren’t enforced though. One night there were some tent campers playing loud music until the dawn.

I was very impressed with Robert’s property and am looking forward to coming back. The proximity to the caverns is unmatched. It is evident that Robert is improving the experience by adding additional features such as a bath house. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in Pelham!

Wow! What an incredible experience we had booking this campsite! Since we were attending a 2 day concert at The Caverns, we decided to book this site bc of electrical hookup/location. We were first greeted by Chris when we arrived and I cannot express enough how accommodating and hospitable he was to us! We rented a 38ft camper for the first time and were pretty clueless when it came to it. Chris stepped in and saved the day with the entire set up! Little did we know we needed to fill the water tank ourselves (we thought it came full), he offered to help us get it filled, but since he has running water, showers, and toilets on site, getting it filled was not necessary. We definitely would’ve been screwed had we stayed on the campsite the caverns provides, since they have no water/electric hookups. The site was so convenient, clean, and set up very well. He was around at all time when we needed something, and on top of that we felt safe knowing someone was watching after our belongings while we were away at the concert. You can tell he cares for his guests, and takes pride in his land. I would highly suggest booking this over the caverns campsite, even if you are tent camping. The amenities and service he offers is 10/10, I would recommend it to everyone!
Thanks so much again, Chris! We will definitely be staying again and look forward to seeing ya next time! :)

Camped here for a 2-day concert at The Caverns and when I tell you we had the most amazing experience I mean every bit of it. Chris was extremely helpful, and really looked out for his people staying there. His laid back attitude and attentiveness to any need was exceptional. I truly can’t wait to go there again in the future and I’m excited to see the new ideas they plan to implement in the future! Thank you Chris and we look forward to seeing you again!
