Beautiful, private, secluded and peaceful. The hot tub was just perfect. We loved camping here and would definitely return.

Hot tub and area was great. Easy access from road. Loved that the cabin is not rented at the same time so we had all the privacy. Close to the road so there is the noice from that but it didn't bother us at all. The only problem we had was that the electric hookup was on the opposite side of the camper so we couldn't park on the pad since the cord was not long enough from our pop-up.

Great location, very close to great hiking spots! Elizabeth was prompt about communication, and everything was laid out well. The hot tub and fire ring were a great extra treat for this spot. The RV pad was very narrow, even for my 7 ft wide 20 ft long camper to get onto, but doable with some finesse/patience. Also, great land in the back for my dogs to run around in, we all did not want to leave!

Our 26’ RV did not fit all the way into the little pad but we got close enough to have the hot tub right outside the door! The hot tub was a great addition to the day!!!

Unique space if you want a cabin and rv pad. I just had an rv and it's cool that they don't rent the cabin to someone else when you rent the rv pad. The description was very accurate so I had no false expectations when positioning my trailer. It's 17' and was easy to turn around and back in toward the utilities. I didn't have enough sewer hoses to reach, but that was fine since it was just me there for 2 nights. Electric and water was easy to reach. No problems with gate code or anything like that. Very smooth check in and check out. Also worth mentioning the wifi is very fast and was a nice bonus. I selected this site because of its proximity to Fiery Gizzard. The trailhead is literally 10 mins away. Also the small town of Tracy City is 5 mins away. Got great pizza at Hanks Corner Grill.

The property itself was very cute and well put together. Awesome fire pit, flat place to pitch a tent (we tent camped instead of RV), and really nice scenery! In an RV maybe it wouldn’t have bothered us as much but there were dogs barking non stop all night long. It’s on an active road so there was a lot of traffic which sort of took away from the ambiance of camping out. The biggest issue for us however was the non stop barking of a bunch of neighborhood dogs. The hot tub is fantastic although it was only 94 degrees when we arrived at 6pm. By 8am the next morning it was finally hot enough to enjoy. Not a huge deal but would have been a bummer if we were dead set on using it before the morning we were leaving. Overall, really nice place- and everything but the hot tub completely out of the hosts control! Host was great and we had a good time regardless 🧡🩵💚

Beware- Not Trailer Friendly!!!

Pro: Beautiful property. Secluded. Clean. Con: We have a 30' camper. We've had for 2 years and NEVER had a problem hooking up/leveling. The box to power was not close to pad. We stood in the rain for 3 hours trying to level in 3 different spots with zero luck (the auto levelers would pull the tires off the ground to get it level everywhere. The owner was out of town and didn't offer much help. I sent her several pics where we were and she didn't suggest where to try until we were fed up and said we were leaving. Then I asked for a refund and she refused saying she would only give us a refund IF we cancelled at 9pm and someone else booked. I sometimes wonder how people sleep at night knowing they did someone wrong. I wonder if someone lied to her and she blew $120, if she'd be okay with the loss?? I refused to cancel because I wanted to write a review so others could be warned. And I filed a complaint with Hipcamp. I'm also filing with my credit card company.

The photos and description don’t do this place justice. It’s freaking epic to it here. Cabin is adorable and super nice and there’s tons of land to adventure around. What’s not noted on here also is all the major attractions like ruby falls close by and tons of trail heads. Elisabeth is also very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect for Smaller Camper

The directions were easy to follow and the host was always very quick to answer any questions we had. The only issue we had is we have 38 foot camper and we had to do some very creative backing to fit. The site was advertised as 44 foot gravel pad. This site is perfect for much smaller camper.
