Located on a small homestead farm with free range chickens, ducks, cantankerous geese, as well as dwarf goats, honey bees and a blind dog--so please drive slowly. Farm encompasses a mature hardwood forest, large organic vegetable garden, pollinator gardens, plant nursery, fruit and nut trees and shrubs. A diverse population of wild birds visit and nest here, including our summer pond resident green heron. A creek with waterfall runs through the property. Cabin is on the edge of a tree-lined pond. Host will meet with you upon arrival to give overview of land layout. We live and work here, but will respect your privacy and space. We ask that you please do the same, which includes all the living inhabitants here.
We are in farm country, so at times there may be tractors, manure spreading, mowing, etc. in nearby fields. Also, the frogs make quite a ruckus on the pond in the evening.

We had a magical weekend at Erin and Josh's farm. Beautiful, totally relaxing. Close to Buffalo, Letchworth, East Aurora shopping and Niagara Falls. Set among rolling hills, windmills and of course the waterfall next door.

Absolutely loved our stay at Sarah’s land!
The campsite was peaceful, spacious, and surrounded by beautiful nature. Sarah was a wonderful host – very friendly, responsive, and helpful with everything we needed. The spot was clean, private, and perfect for tent camping. We especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere at night and the stunning views in the morning. Would definitely come back again – highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature!

It was the tiny cabin and the remote farm location that drew me. I sensed I’d enjoy everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. The first evening, not long after building a fire I discovered the moon rising just above the cornstalks that bordered the site. Nature’s rhythms provided a true oasis for this “busy suburban mom.” The bathrooms and showers were impeccable and just as described by other guests, and I loved washing dishes outdoors with the sun on my back! The rooster, chickens, goats, and geese on the farm were nearby, but only the two cats visited my site, which felt privately nestled away from the rest of the property - and the nearby waterfalls were audible from the porch! I enjoyed a brief walk just beyond the barn to see the falls as well, but only left the property once for fire starters and small groceries. The kitchenette had one of everything, was super clean, and worked well!
It was the true solitude I needed, on the perfect space where the hosts are clearly compassionate stewards of the nature on the land they occupy.

Wow, what a beautiful property!! Erin was an amazing host. She was super kind, accommodating, and responsive whenever we had questions. There is a beautiful waterfall that runs through the property, definitely worth checking out. The family came out to check on us and even provided towels at no cost. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

We had a great time staying here! The property is so cute and we loved seeing the chickens, ducks and geese! Erin was kind and even gave us some eggs for our breakfasts that we made in the cabin. It did end up chilly and raining one night and she offered extra blankets and to turn the heater on if we needed. We turned it into a cozy night, listening to the rain with a good view of the pond! Great location visiting Buffalo or Niagara if you don’t mind the drive, made for a perfect mix of nature, country and city for our trip!

We had a great stay at the Pondside Cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and was spotlessly clean. The grounds are lovely and the waterfall view from the campfire site is amazing! The cabin is close enough to anything you might want to see in the area within driving distance while still providing a country camping stay.

A very well kept small cabin next to the pond. Nice, new clean restrooms/shower facilities. Lovely and private location. Erin was a good communicator. The other cabin was not occupied so we didn't have to share the bathroom facilities. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Weekend Trip to High Falls Farm
An absolutely beautiful property with a peaceful pond, beautiful cabins, fireplace and waterfall views. Usually you have to settle for one of the 4 but this location has it all. Not to mention a very clean and spacious bath house overlooking the sustainable farm. The host was extremely friendly and respectful of our space. I can’t recommend this place enough to all my friends and family. Highly recommend 10/10!

We had a wonderful, peaceful, and rejuvenating stay at High Falls Farm. The cabin is beautifully crafted and thoughtfully furnished with a full view of the lovely adjacent pond. Erin is an excellent host and we had everything we needed. The nearby bathouse is spotless with plenty of hot water and a dishwashing station outside. It was such a delight to see birds flitting about in the fall scenery and hearing the gentle clucks of the free-range chickens. We took a nice walk and caught a glimpse of the nearby waterfall. The rural location is quiet yet convenient to the trail system on nearby Hunters Creek Park and all of the many attractions of the Village of East Aurora. Thank you Erin for hosting us at this very special place! We hope to return!

We loved our time at High Falls Farm. Erin was an excellent host who made us feel very welcomed onto her land (and provided great info as to the property and surrounding area). Our 4yo was delighted to wander all over - including meeting all the ducks, geese, and goats on the property. The cabin was super cute, clean, and well appointed with a comfy bed, pull out couch, a heater, kitchenette, and grill - and the very clean bath house was right near by. It was the perfect mix of glamping in a serene spot - while having what we needed to be very comfortable. Our first night we made a fire at the lower fire pit - and planned to make a fire right by our cabin on the second night in the host-provided fire ring - but alas, rain. Even with the rain, we had fun exploring the area and hiking at Hunter's Creek park. We will definitely book again, as I'm already missing waking up and looking out at the fall leaves surrounding the pond right outside our window.

Erin’s place is both roomy and snug, open and private— a well connected sanctuary that anticipates all your needs. Need to see a sunrise? You got it over the hill and through your cabin’s rear window! Need a gentle stroll to the spacious and spotlessly clean wash house? Check. Fresh air and open vistas, but also privacy and security. Feel safe up a long private driveway protected by some guardian geese. Three of us stayed for 3 nights and left feeling refreshed and re-charged. It was hard to leave. Fantastic veg lovingly grown on the homestead, and also a great co-op close by in East Aurora. Oh, and the firefly show every night is magic on a whole other level.

Weekend Trip to High Falls Farm
My husband and I spent a relaxing and wonderful night at Erin’s cabin. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay in the area, this is the place.
The cabin: the cabin was spotless when we arrived, and there were so many thoughtful touches for visitors. We loved the books and yoga gear. Although the cabin is studio sized, there was also room for a couch, desk and small kitchen set up (with mini fridge, electric kettle, coffee maker, plates, silverware etc.). The bed was incredibly comfortable and the heater kept it toasty through the cool night. It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and drink tea in the morning, overlooking the beautiful mist over the pond where we saw a pair of Wood ducks (!!), as well as Goldfinches and Blue Jays.
The property: Beyond the wildlife we saw, the property itself also has a small farm with free range chickens, goats, geese, ducks, and a very cute dog. There were bundles of wood for purchase and a fire pit as well. We didn’t partake in a fire, but will definitely do so when we come back. There’s also a gorgeous waterfall that you can view.
The bathhouse: The bathhouse is located down a short stone trail from the cabin. There’s one shower room with toilet, and two separate toilet rooms with sinks. The bathhouse was lovely and clean. Outside of bathhouse is a wash sink for dishes.
Don’t forget: headlamp/flashlight for evening trips to the bathhouse.
This property was absolute tranquility, and Erin was a superb host. We’ll be back!

The bath house is so big and clean, the outdoor patio is a dream looking over the pond and the cabin was super easy to find. My kids loved seeing the chickens, geese and ducks. I'm more of the secluded camper type. I like obscure campgrounds but around Niagara there isn't much to offer in that way for camping prices, so we hesitantly chose to camp here. We stayed Monday through Saturday morning. Bathrooms were cleaned consistently throughout our stay and my husband watched someone actually really clean the showers. Very well kept campground. The Lake Ontario access and trail head access on our site were the highlights of our stay. So peaceful. The campground was very calm during the week. We absolutely love it there. However when friday afternoon approached the campground did turn into the neighborhood type with RVs set up side by side. This is great for some peopl, its just not for me. So weekday trips to the campgrounds -peaceful. Weekend trips -lots of people having fun together.
Stayed at Four Mile Creek during a bike tour. Not a lot of privacy in general but there are a few "creek-side" sites that are hidden down the edge of a hill (tent-only.) Decent camp store that is open late into the season (cold beer! firewood!) Love the big view across Lake Ontario and there are a few walking trails along the creek.
