Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV.
Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds.
The property is a designated farm, and we do have chickens.
Day time check-in is 100% recommended.

This was a great spot to park the RV with easy access to Ft. Myers Beach right over the Matanzas Pass Bridge. Be forewarned: the bridge has a steep climb. We used the two bikes that were available in the locked shed, along with helmets. There were 3 beach chairs as well, but we didn't use those. The chain came off one bike, but being in an RV, we had tools to fix it 😉. The bike tires seemed a bit squishy and when I asked Eric if there was a bike pump, he immediately ordered one that was delivered right to the RV the next day. Eric was very responsive to messaging in the Hipcamp app, although he was not on site (we never saw him). The site is right off Main St, which was not busy on the 4th of July weekend, but I can't speak to traffic in the high season or during the week. The site is level with good hookups.

This was our very first Hipcamp experience and Brenda’s Hipcamp set the bar high. The RV sites are huge, private, and very comfortable with both water and electric hookups. The property is peaceful, beautiful, and feels like a relaxing getaway while still being conveniently close to town.
The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made us feel right at home and were always available if we needed anything. We also loved that it’s dog friendly, which made traveling with our pups so much easier.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.

We loved our stay so much that we kept extending it, by one day, then two, then three. Mike and Rachel were fantastic hosts. The pool was clean and think it was salt water pool not chlorinated. A big gathering room and game room. Had a pool table in one room. They had shuffle board, bocce and pickle ball courts. This is a beautiful garden neighborhood with tremendous lots. Carol’s lovely garden home fronts a great spot for an RV. There was some traffic noise but if you’re just using this for a stop over to Naples, it’s perfect. Right off the main 75 expressway. By far the most reasonable price for a safe location.

We had an amazing stay at Goodland Waterfront RV Lot! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxing.
Amanda and her husband are truly wonderful people—friendly, kind, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They really made the experience special.
It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy the area, and we’d definitely recommend Goodland Waterfront RV Lot to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’d love to come back!

This is a great campground , everything is clean and works as it should, like the showers, restroom and laundry and dryer units, there is a road that runs near it going into Marco Island that can be a little loud, but not annoying or happens too much, anything you need is only 4.5 mi ( Publix) to 8 miles away (walmart), there is a gas station a quarter mile away that sells a lot of items so you may not need to go too far anyway, stayed 5days and will stay there again if I go that way. Also dog friendly with plenty of doodoo stations and plenty of trails to walk or ride bike.

Mosquito hell! Thank goodness it was 50 degrees out and everyone had sweaters, long pants and long sleeves so it was bearable and we didn’t get bit thanks to all the clothing layers. We went for thanksgiving a few years ago and the mosquitos really made this otherwise fine campground quite annoying. I could not imagine staying here in hotter months. Stay well away in the summer; the mosquitos here are the size of 747s and there are many. It is by far the worst mosquito-infested place we have stayed in Florida.

Bug spray!!! Year round. eek!! But this is nature galore, with tons of birds, gators, and the ever-elusive panther.

Its a quite Campsite, mainly used by RV campers. Decent sized trail with also a large space with a cool small tower and one small attraction. Also has a playground with a couple of swings. However bring your kayak as this area is best for the marsh Kayaking!
