Gulf Access RV Pad – Walk to Everything! America Outdoors, a friendly and secure gated 55+ community with a heated pool and hot tube laundry facilities also available. Our site features a spacious 2,000+ sq. ft. lot with a clean concrete pad and full 30/50 amp hookups. RV Strictly for rigs up to 34 feet. We are also pet friendly and welcome up to two pets to join you! We are a Gulf-access park! Our private community boat ramp is just a short walk from the lot, making it easy to launch for a day on the water. Boat Rules: Please contact the park office regarding current boat trailer storage rules and availability, as trailers cannot be parked on the RV lot. Walkable Essentials (5 Minutes) Leave the keys behind! A quick 5-minute walk takes you to the adjacent plaza where you will find a Publix grocery store, CVS, Dunkin’ Donuts and several local eateries, nail salon and a Fitness Center. Music (15 Minutes) Enjoy a pleasant 15-minute stroll to the local Tiki Hut, where you’ll find great food and live music—the perfect way to end a Florida evening!
