Spot includes- 50/30/20 amp electric hook up, water hook up. We are looking for a tenant for the entire 6 month winter season. $89/night. 7 night minimum May-Oct $850month. Nov-April $1650/month No pool or club house amenities. No pets. This RV spot is in a residential neighborhood located in town within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. This lot is located two blocks north of the City of Naples town line so it is technically in the county not in the city limits. Our street has a handful of RV Airbnbs on in it.This in town 50/30 amp RV gravel pad site comes with water, electricity and sewer hookups. There are no bathroom amenities here. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with you and leave no trace.
