Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach Resort, an intimate gated community, features oversized, big-rig-friendly lots specially designed for today’s Class A and Super C motorcoaches. Southwest Florida is truly a treasure to be enjoyed seasonally or year-round.Lot #2 - Located in Ft. Myers, Florida with a 22-acre lake on the property. Large 5,000 sq. ft. lots with 2,400 sq. ft. (20’ x 100’ plus 20' x 20') paver pad for RV parking and entertaining. Lot includes full hookups. The resort amenities include use of the club house, fitness center, heated pool, spa, spacious sun deck, pickle ball courts, sauna, laundry facility, 1-acre dog park (large and small dog sections), and catch and release fishing.

Class A or approved Super C Motorhomes only and must be 32’ in length or longer, 12 years in age or newer, and enclosed trailers pulled behind the coach are allowed only if they are the same design AND painted to match the design and colors of the coach (no exceptions). No entry will be allowed if the criteria mentioned above is not met, if you have any questions please ask before booking as the HOA is strict on these requirements.

Pets allowed
On leash. Maximum of 3 pets per lot. Animals/Pets must be up to date on their vaccinations. Animals/Pets may not be left unattended outside or on your lot or anywhere in the Resort at any time. All animals/Pets must be kept on a leash, 6 ft. or less, and no retractable leashes allowed. Pet fencing such as X-pens are not allowed. Animals/Pets are NOT allowed in the Clubhouse, recreation or pool areas. Pick up after your pet. Any pet causing a disturbance or harm will be subject to immediate removal from the Resort. Excessive barking (5 minutes or longer) will not be tolerated. In the event of any animal/pet in violation of these rules or regulations, the individual responsible for the animal/pet will be asked to leave the Resort immediately if he/she does not properly address and resolve the problem. The following pets are not allowed. • Pit Bull (American Pit Bull Terrier) • Doberman Pincher • Chow • Rottweiler • Wolf or wolf hybrids • Dogs of mixed breeds that have the substantial characteristics of any of the aforementioned breeds.
