This is an outdoor private YOME near our pool. Access to pool, BBQ (bring utensils you would bring camping, plates, napkins, towels, etc.  There is a small sink to wash dishes (pleases only liquid down the drain) but we do not supply dishes, so paper/disposable stuff required if you plan on cooking)  The pool, hot tub and outside bathroom is shared with our small family and anyone staying in the Poolside Lounge during the day if people are swimming, so you may meet some new people while staying at our place.  The outdoor bathroom will be shared when other guests are at the pool swimming or hanging out and need to use the toilet, but most likely during the evening hours, it will be all yours, we always try to give a heads up if there will be anyone using the bathroom in the evening.  The pool is shared, we live on the property across an easement and we have other rentals on the property. There is total privacy at the YOME. Everyone who comes to stay is friendly and chill, no drama here and not a party place, just good vibes :) We have a small farm on our property with chickens and loads of rare tropical fruits and veggies and we love to give tours and share with our guests. See a legal cannabis farm in action at all times of the seasons while sleeping in a fully functioning 2023 Jayco farmhouse edition camper. The camper has a new Queen bed, electricity, refrigerator, running water, wi-fi, heater and air conditioning. For cooking there are options such as the kitchenette in the camper, outdoor grill and camp stove with a flat grill. There is a fire pit stocked with wood . I also provide camping chairs, utensils and much more. The star viewing is amazing. There is a private hiking trail and a shaded dog area for your pet to enjoy. Local activities such as hiking and visiting historic Julian, a short drive to Anza Borrego are all in the area. We are located on the Los Coyotes Indian Reservation, make either a left or right from Hwy 79 onto Camino San Ignacio in Warner Springs, CA, keep to the left at the loop and drive out about 5 miles . When you reach the Ranger Station at the stop sign, make the first left at the sign located at 1600 Camino San Ignacio and drive all the way out to the back. The Happy Camper is located on the left.

It’s a great spot and everything was as advertised. Unfortunately there was a severe wind storm when we visited that kept us from enjoying a lot of what the property had to offer. Great spot but it’s largely outdoors so be aware of the weather.

The airstream is really well equipped, the shiwer is nice and warm and the place is well maintained. The host is very quick to respond and we had a great experience. We roasted marshmallows with our two kids and had a good tine around the fire. The only thing that I regret is not being able to get close to the donkey, poney and horse. The sheep enclosure was also too far to pet the animals. We could unfortunately not afford the $60 to help feed animals or get close to them.

We had an amazing stay at Cabin #10. It was very clean when we arrived and appreciated how fully stocked it was with appliances, plates, silverware. The view was perfect and the area surrounding our cabin was very well maintained. Thank you for the experience and we are looking forward to coming back again one day

The Outlook near the site is gorgeous, and I spent most of my mornings looking at the view. Also enjoyed Josie’s hideout saloon and found the service to be really friendly and the vibe to be really nice. Live music was a great touch.

Great spot! The shed keeps you much warmer at night. Definitely go during a new moon — the stars are just magical. There isn’t a toilet, it’s just a portable stool with bags, which may be a challenge for some, but there’s really nothing as thrilling like shitting in a bag in the wilderness.

Stayed here for two nights. Pretty basic campground with some nice trees. For local San Diego camping it was decent. The area we were in was very smokey and dusty. We had a tough time with the air as the wind wasn't blowing. Once we drove over to the lake it was much nicer. Campground itself is fine if you aren't sensitive to smoke.

We love Cuyamaca in the spring. Always stay at Paso Picacho and visit Green Valley during the day. The short hike to the creek is great and lots of fun to cool off in the water, but staying at Green Valley looks rough. Not much shade and out in the open. Paso, on the other hand, is much woodsier. Bathrooms are well maintained. Bring quarters. Sites range from amazing (secluded and just the right balance of shade and sun) to barren squirrel infested wasteland. The sites get renumbered pretty often, so it's a bit of a coin toss. Still, we go every year. Good for kids and they're not too strict about noise- as we prefer.
