Tranquil and peaceful Seeley Creek RV sites on two acres with historic log cabins. Let the sounds of the creek lull you to sleep each night. Walkable to town, very close to the beaches and boat launches and endless wilderness access.
We are a "mom and pop" operation with only the two sites on the back of our two acre property. We are in the process of putting new siding on the main house, so you will see some construction materials for the next couple weeks.

Wilderness hiking, hunting, huckleberry picking are half a mile above the property. The forest behind the place has direct access to the Bob Marshall wilderness. The Mission Mountain wilderness is a 30-40 minute drive. In winter, the area is ideal for cross-country skiing (trails behind the property), snowmobiling, and snowshoeing.

My property is less than a mile off MT-83, between Seeley Lake and Condon. I back up to both Lolo and Flathead National Forest. Less than a quarter mile from the back of my land are trail systems for all kinds of recreation. Off road, hunting, hiking, fishing. Minutes to Lindbergh Lake. Only 15 minutes to all Seeley Lake has to offer. Enjoy the wilderness as your backyard, but still have easy access to town and great ATT cell service. The access road is a little rough, but I can get my 40ft class A up with no issue.

I am one mile from Hwy 93 so you can hear traffic noise sometimes. Planes do fly over once in awhile as well. This is a dry camp and rustic camping, sites are fairly far apart.
This property is so beautiful and peaceful out here at night. Seasonal Spring fed pond, Ponderosa pine trees, fallen white birch, rustic and gorgeous. Some of my camp spots are on rough terrain. I always suggest you get out and walk around to see what you can manage with your vehicle.
The idea of my place is more wilderness camping, there is wildlife that come through.
RV camp spots on the east and west end of the pond. Camp spot out by the wooden round pen on the west side.
Completely private, borders 2000 acres of a bird sanctuary. Two blocks from Bitterroot river canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swim, trails, hiking, scenery, wildlife.
My pond is spring fed, which means that is goes up and down with the seasons and run off from the snow in the mountains and collects cotton from the trees when they shed. As the summer goes by the pond levels go way down, please be aware of that.

There is a locked A-Frame camper that is parked there full time, but nobody will stay there during your visit. Port-a-potty onsite (cleaned weekly). Picnic table onsite. Fire pit onsite (but be aware there may be fire prohibitions during your stay). The river runs very low beginning in July and is plentiful in the spring.
The location says Ovando, however, this site is one mile west of Clearwater Junction. Between Paws Up and the big cow at Clearwater Junction.

If you enjoy Nomadic Camping, there are 8 sites available to enjoy the beautiful Bitterroot Valley. The sites are best for self contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at these sites and no internet provided. Cell service is good and there are unobstructed views of the southern sky for satellite internet. Bring in/take out. No camp fires.
You will have to drive on gravel road for a half mile to get to your Hipcamp site. Bear Camp will provide you the opportunity to be close to the famous Bitterroot River and fly fishing. There are also numerous hiking trails in the Bitterroot Selway Range to enjoy. The sites will provide an open, unobstructed view of the night sky for star gazing. Please be mindful that you will be camping where there is wildlife that might come through the property so keep your camp site food free and wildlife proof. It is not unusual to see elk, deer, fox, and coyote roaming through. If you have small animals, make sure they are leashed up and within your sight when outside. It's for their safety.

Space is level and quiet. Plenty of space to set up solar panels and do dog training. Space is far enough away from structures that quiet generators can't be heard at all by neighbors. Also managed neighborhood dog walks without issue. Drivers were slow and courteous to pedestrians.
Was quickly greeted by two curious cats and enjoyed watching a couple young deer play in the grass just 20 feet from my trailer.
Would stay again.

This is a lovely spot. There is easy access from Hwy 200, a nice big turnaround if you are pulling a camper, and a trail that leads down to the water for some relaxing time watching the water go by. If you have pets, there is a barbed wire fence that helpfully separates the land from the road. We'll definitely go back.

Listen to those reviews because they are RIGHT! Booked a month ahead as we are on a long roadtrip. This place did not disappoint one bit and Dolly was an absolute gem!
Maybe the porta potty is a complaint in other reviews but it’s super well maintained and clean. This is NOT a bougie campground. It is real camping.
Hope to make it back again soon and excited to see the additions Dolly wants to make!

Without wildfire smoke the view would be really nice. Even w the smoke its very nice! We arrived after dark and left first thing. Just a flat space on the side of a hill with no tree cover but a very nice view as covered in the property ad. Flat as can be. Not a good tenting site , perfect for a Class B like ours. Easy to get to if you follow the directions using the street address. Not far from town but quiet as can be.
