Trails End River and Ridges
This place was awesome! The view was stellar and we spent many hours enjoying it, watching lots of deer and turkey. It was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to feel special. There are no amenities, but if you’re self-contained it’s a delightful space.

This site had a very pretty view, but if you are tent camping I would not recommend it. The only flat area is the gravel path for your vehicle and the picnic table. So there is no way to stake down the tent on the rocks. I had to put my tent on a hill at an angle and this made for poor sleeping conditions because I kept sliding down. Probably a good site for camping with an RV, but not a tent. Also not sure if it is worth $30 a night considering there is no bathroom, no water hookup, and no fires allowed.

Beautiful view! We watched a lightning storm in the distance across the valley and saw wild horses on the hill behind us. Great place to stop for the night. Thanks!

Without wildfire smoke the view would be really nice. Even w the smoke its very nice! We arrived after dark and left first thing. Just a flat space on the side of a hill with no tree cover but a very nice view as covered in the property ad. Flat as can be. Not a good tenting site , perfect for a Class B like ours. Easy to get to if you follow the directions using the street address. Not far from town but quiet as can be.

Awesome spot! Highly recommend if you wanna explore Missoula without having to stay at the KOA or RV parks. Close to town and so beautiful!
