Amanda's place was perfect for our trip. We just needed a simple quiet place to roost for the eve. It was out of traffic, no trains like the commercial RV parks near by. We will probably be back if available. We were able to back our 32ft tow behind camp trailer right in and pull out with out any crazy maneuvers.

We didn’t end up staying there.
I got locked out of my account and couldn’t access the additional instructions. Had the address so went there but couldn’t figure out where to park. Tried to email host but they did not respond until next day. The ground at the address looked really soft and we didn’t want to park in the wrong place. We were losing light and needed to find a place so we left. If I hadn’t been locked out of my account I assume we would have had the right directions.😏

Quiet area, close to Missoula. A great cheap option compared to a hotel. The lawn was well kept with no sharp or pokey sticks.

Quiet though close to town. Less than 2 minutes on bikes to Blue Mountain trail head and mountain bike/ hiking trails.

Really uneven parking spot. Kids toys all over and dogs running free, barking at us all morning. Not a great spot at all.

Great location! Very easy access and owners are fantastic. We were in town with several guests for Griz football and Griz softball games. Will book again in future!

We parked our campervan on Amanda's property for 3 nights. The site was very easy to find. We were visiting family in Missoula and this location was so convenient for us. As other reviewers mention, the pit toilet is located .25 miles away at the Blue Mtn local park, but that was OK for us. That park is a real gem and was worth visiting.

Great for a 1 night stop in Missoula. Nice spaced out neighbourhood very close to walking biking trails. Amanda was super friendly and gave us space. A bit hard to get our 20 ft trailer even on her slightly hilled yard but it wasn’t too bad.

Awesome convenient spot for a kid’s sports tournament at Ft Missoula!
They were helpful getting us in and settled, and the spot was quiet, easy to get to , and perfect for a place to lay our heads during a long weekend! Wish we’d had a chance to hike nearby.

Easy to find and right off a main road. Definitely in a neighborhood but we expected that so it didn’t bother us. Served our purposes as a quick stop overnight while in town for a concert.

Our stay started out nice enough. We were greeted by the owners and shown our spot next to the house. The area was smaller than I expected and just a side lawn off the owner’s driveway, but certainly peaceful and lovely.
We had a four night reservation and were delayed getting to town so arrived on the second evening. The next night we needed to stay closer to town for an early appointment so only returned for our final night.
The owners we clearly not home this time. Just after 11:30pm a jet of water (irrigation system) started slamming against the side of our van and through our window. This didn’t happen the first night and was incredibly loud. I immediately sent a message to the owner, and was not surprised at that late hour that they did not respond.
After 15 minutes, the jet stopped, and another started up, hitting the opposite side of our van. There was absolutely no way I could sleep during all of this and it ruined my night and my next day. The same sprinklers came on once again in the morning, waking up my young son.
I reached out to the site owner twice afterward hoping to at least get some sort of apology, acknowledgment or explanation and have gotten zero response despite multiple efforts to contact them. I even let them know I am not one to typically leave bad reviews, but prefer to address issues directly. However, I feel it’s important to share both the negative experience and the lack of responsiveness in case you were considering staying here.

What a wonderful spot with incredible hosts. The spot is situated in a quiet neighborhood near a beautiful trail system. It was the perfect spot to camp before the Misoulla marathon as we were about a 2 minute walk from the start line instead of driving and shuttling back. Eric was so kind to shuttle us back the night before. Thank you for your kind gesture, it meant the world and gained us 1.5 hours of sleep prior to racing.

Nice quiet neighborhood with great access to trail head. I used the bike path to get to a park which was convenient as well.
You’ll probably want a toilet, the trailhead isn’t far but wouldn’t be something you’d want to walk to a lot.

Being in the backyard of Blue Mountain and just outside of Missoula was an awesome place to camp for the night! Amanda and her sweet family are very kind folks. Quiet spot with excellent views.

I was greeted upon arrival and asked to text if I had any needs. My 33 foot travel trailer fit very well in the site. The site being on the lawn was a plus because it rained during my stay. It was easy to level my trailer. The site was level side to side, but

Very convenient spot for us. I travel for work so it worked great. Amanda was very helpful! I even got a round of disc golf in on the blue mountain course.
