The town of Deary is five miles away with a grocery store, gas stations, two coffee shops, a bakery, wine bar, and several restaurants. We are 45 minutes from the University of Idaho, and an hour from Washington State University and Lewis-Clark State College.

We are on 20 acres and have developed ¾ acre for camping. Badger drive is just off a well-maintained gravel county road. We are less than 15 minutes from St Maries, where you will find dump sites and water refill stations. In St Maries you can find easy access to the St Joe and St Maries rivers. 9 miles west of St Maries is Heyburn Park where you will find multiple hiking trails, access to Chatcolet Lake (which is at the south end of the Coeur ‘d Alene Lake system). Outdoor recreation options are limitless in this area. Coeur ‘d Alene is an hour and a half north from our property and Moscow is and hour and a half SW of our property. We are 2 miles from State land and a 25-minute ride on an ATV to the St Maries River. The area is abundant in wildlife: elk, deer, coyotes, cougars, moose, rabbits, grouse, badgers and more. There is access from our property to state land for hiking and hunting. There are 3 RV sites tucked into the trees, a large open tent site and a second tent site that is in the trees. There is a pull around drive to access the sites with a large, shared grass area in the center. Things are still in development so currently it is dry camping only. There are water spigots at each site but only for fire suppression if needed as water is not potable. RV sites are graveled with plenty of room to park We allow animals but only if they are kept on a leash or in your RV. Our home is close to the campground, and we are usually around somewhere if you have questions or need help with something.

Jim has a trailer outside the Cut Throat where you can buy fresh eggs. Up stream is Avery who has a little pizza place for a warm cooked meal. Pull in, through or back into your full hook up RV site or pitch a tent in the grass under the willow. The St Joes river is directly across the frontage road for fishing and floating. Hunting available in the national forest. OHV trails welcome flank the river and go up into the mountains!Saint Maries is a 30 min drive, which will be the last stop you'll have cell service and supplies. Saint Maries is a little river town where you'll find more shopping, restaurants, repair shops, gas and grocery stores.

1 night at Triple Tree Ranch

Hello fellow campers! My stay at The Three Tree Farm was my first time using this sight and I can't say enough good things about how gracious Doug is! Now I know why he's a super host! I made reservations on very short notice so Doug was out of town. But he made sure I was all set and comfortable. If any of you are in the Moscow Idaho area please find your way to Doug's place. This is a great spot if you are visiting Moscow. It is real close to town which makes for an easy commute. However, it is also far enough out of town to make you feel like you are on a farm or truly camping. The hosts are very friendly and quick with communication. The site was very clean and level. I definitely will be back and would recommend this to others!

Dreamy place. Smells like pine trees all day. Beautiful views of the Palouse. Its very well set up. Hot water in the faucet and bathoom. The outside sink was a plus. The table is very big, lots of dry firewood, spacious area, lots of parking, sting lights, the owners were very accomodating, flexible and very welcoming. The kids were very loud and they didn't once come over or say anything.

Nice spot very close to campus. We walked through the Arboretum to the UofI Kibbie Dome for game day. Evenings were quiet and we felt comfortable and safe camped under the trees. Thank you, Doug for a very nice stay!

Beautiful location. Easy to maneuver into spot, with privacy and stunning views of farmland. Five minutes from downtown Moscow and 20 minutes to the WSU campus. Had full hook up with fire pit, chairs, and firewood. Nick was a lovely host – friendly, warm, even offered us fresh eggs from his barn! Already booked a second stay for spring.

The owners had everything warmed up for us when we got there, it was so nice to come into a cozy space during the cold month of October.
