Occupying an 850-acre expanse of hardwoods, Dworshak Campground is strung together by four cabins and a slew of both primitive and modern campsites, plus some ADA sites and yurts.

It's not far from to the area’s namesake dam, so not surprisingly, it's known to be a fantastic fishing outlet. But that's not all there is to do here—not even the start of it! Horseshoes, archery, boating, an amphitheater, volleyball, a playground...now you've gotta be convinced that Dworshak is a great place to stay, eh?

You can get out and mountain bike, go 4 wheeling or go hiking and enjoy the national forest. There is also fishing and hunting just right out my back door. Turkey hunting is available 6 months of the year, Elk and Deer hunting begins in the Fall.
