Smith Ridge Trailhead is an alpine trailhead located in the southern section of the Mallard Larkins Roadless Area.

It hooks up visitors to a rustic hiking and horseback trail (Trail 240), which splits off into more trails for those in the "harder stronger faster" mindset. The elevation in this area tops out at over 7,000 feet!

This is a gorgeous, serene getaway in the Historic ghost town of Burke Idaho. Built in the early 1900's and newly remodeled with all the comforts of home. Located 7.5 miles northeast from the town of Wallace. Centrally located within minutes of 2 major Ski resorts. Private hot tub, wood stove and many other features. Immediate access to many snowmobile, ATV, or hiking trails from the front door of this home. Home includes an attached garage and lots of parking for trucks with trailers. Year round activities available throughout the area including snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, hiking and biking or just take a stroll along the creek or play in the snow.

Location, location, location best describes our beautiful 3.3 acres of privately owned land with a mix of meadows and trees with additional upper-level sites as well. Cyclists, SXS'ers or bikers can take off right from the front gate to The Center of the Universe (downtown Wallace less than a mile away) or out to the open trails surrounding Wallace in all its glory. WHAT WE OFFER: 3.3 acres of mostly flat grassy meadow, trees, as well as a gravel/rocky, still-being-developed area; Lou's Happy Crapper containing 2 private toilets, 2 private bath/showers, and one sink; (As of mid-October the water system will be winterized, therefore no water, bath house or toilet facilities will be available, self-contained campers only until spring when weather permits) a central covered fire pit area, and all of it totally fenced. WHAT WE DON'T OFFER: private firepits, power, sewer or water hookups. WHAT WE KINDLY ASK: Please adhere to pack it in-pack it out practices (Please take all garbage with you when you leave). Leave the restroom area clean after use, including wiping down showers, and keeping toilets clean. Toilet paper and cleaning supplies are provided (any donations to the supplies or firewood is greatly appreciated and follows our "pay-it-forward" philosophy.) At this time, we do not have labeled sites and ask that we all respect the desire to have space between visitors. We have not determined a maximum capacity as of yet, but our desire is to keep it small so everyone can experience the peace and tranquility of the open wilderness. We are pet friendly and ask that you act responsibly and clean up after your pet as well as keep on a leash if they possibly will act out. Please keep gates closed at all times. We may or may not be present during your stay, but at time of booking we will be able to tell you. There are so many events in this awesome town called Wallace. By providing a place for campers to stay is one way in helping to preserve and enjoy this historic, small-town gem! An arial pic is provided to illustrate camp spot possibilities. The campground is rarely this occupied- this arial is of our family and closest friends during Memorial Day weekend 2025. Please do not park any vehicles on the grassy area on the backside of the bathhouse.

Primitive camping with no water or trash service, pack in / pack out. There is a portable toilet. Located in the Alberton Gorge on the Clark Fork River, this is a premier location for the whitewater enthusiast. Take advantage of the class II, III rapids in your kayak or raft, or even surf. Alternatively, enjoy the relaxing Sandy Beach just a few minutes walk from the campground to swim and gaze at the beautiful argilite cliffs. The campground is near both the Interstate and a railroad so there is some ambient noise.

The site is in front of my home with direct access to thousands of acres of the Idaho Department of Lands that borders the property. The property is within easy driving distance of historical Pierce and Orofino. Crooked Whiskey Acres is also close to the Clearwater National Forest. You can enjoy a scenic drive over French Mountain to the North Fork of the Clearwater River or walk, hike, ride, or snowmobile on the many roads and trails throughout the area.

You’ll find it on our green fields of 10 acres, or 5 acres of forest. Inviting the wild turkeys, geese, elk, eagles and deer. Views are filled with panoramic serene mountains and majestic blue skies. Portable toilets will not be available until the beginning of May and we've got The Best Drinking Water. ~Thank You~

Clark Fork Hideaway is a beautiful river location. It has on site access to the river. RV pad is 70' long x 13' wide. It has electrical and water hook ups, but no sewer services on site. This is a back in pad only. The property surrounds the mountains and 900 feet of river front property. Walk down our driveway to the river for access to the river bank and to go fishing.

Paradise at Riverbend is truly a great get away spot. With all the activities the Clark Fork River and western MONTANA have to offer. The camp site is on about a 1/4 acre. There is a nice covered area, fire pit, picnic table and a number of parking spots. Fresh water is available. The campsite is located about 7+miles from the town of Superior with all the small-town amenities. WE ARE ONLY TAKING SELF CONTAINED RV's AND TENTERS. THERE IS A PORT-A-POTY ON SITE.

Very quiet and a nice view of the Kamiah valley Kamiah, Idaho, is a gateway to a variety of recreational activities, offering access to the scenic Clearwater River and nearby wilderness areas. The Clearwater River is a popular destination for fishing, particularly for steelhead and salmon, attracting anglers year-round.
