There is additional information and a very good campground map on the website www.wyofarm.com. Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first non native settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. Before that, it was the land of the Mahican native Americans. They named it "valley of the butternut trees", or Wyomanock. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you! You are also free to use our outdoor solar shower or take a dip in the cold pond or artesian spring fed pool. Cabin Glamp at the Pond

Nestled in a private nook a few steps from our 2 acre "wildlife" pond, we have a 10 x 12 canvas cabin tent for your holiday, all perched atop a 12x20 sheltered deck. It is equipped with a queen sized bed on a padded floor with a jute rug and night tables with lamps. There is floor space for two small children on the floor. Outside the cabin are two cedar Adirondack chairs, a picnic table and a gas grill with cooking tools and supplies. The 75 acre property is a nature lovers paradise with trails and many ponds to facilitate wildlife watching and exploration. pick the wildflowers or catch some frogs! *Electric power (15amp) is provided at this site* About 40 yards away is the the solar shower and a composting toilet. There is also a conventional portable toilet option. A swim pond is right nearby. You are only about a 120 yard walk from the parking area over mostly level ground. Bedding, pillows and towels are available for guests in the cabin tent for an additional fee - see "extras" under rentals. In addition there is a $45 surcharge if you would like to book only one night on a Friday or Saturday. Please pay in the "extras". There is space for your own additional tents.

Not available for the season until May 30th. Here is your camp with all the conveniences, but more. This refurbished RV is equipped with a new and large frig, gas range oven and toilet with shower. Outside, you can use the large canopy, a picnic table and a gas grill. Right near your door is a small, cold, spring fed pool. After a dip in there, you can soak up in the hot solar shower! It is equipped to sleep 4. Bedding and towels included. Ask about a discount for extended stays. If you have more than 4 in your group, you can set up tents in the lawn or rent our 30' fully equipped yurt. Please note that there is no a/c. A fan is provided and shade can be had with the retractable canopy. The canopy will be retracted by the owner when there is expected or potentially stormy weather, possibly without notice. Do not store anything under it that can be damaged when wet. As this is an outdoor living space, you might be sharing the space with small four legged critters. We do our best to control this when guests are not around, but cannot guarantee that it will be mouse free. Please use the large refrigerator to safeguard all your food. The gas range/oven and the outdoor grill can only be ignited with the provided lighter. We request that you separate recyclables - cans, bottles, plastic, card board into the provided trash bins.

Not available for the season until May 1st. This 30 foot, 700 square ft yurt has been thoughtfully designed with many living conveniences but still offers a rustic and eclectic feel. The kitchen is well equipped with a 6 burner range, small appliances and cooking equipment with a full range of pots and pans. In the spring and fall you can escape the chill under the warm blankets or in front of the glass doored wood stove. Outside, you can kick back and relax at the fire ring and cook up a storm at the propane grill. The swim pond is about 25 yards from the front door. Your picnic table, fire ring and grill are off the back entry. Please note that all dogs count as people guests and are not allowed on the beds or furniture. The rate is $25/night. The property is diverse with field, wood and water. Explore the trails, bird watch or rejuvenate with a bit of forest bathing under the tall pines! First time available this spring, 2 night minimum (or one night plus $75 surcharge). 10 minutes max to Jiminy Peak and 15 - 30 minutes to many wonderful Berkshire attractions. The outdoor solar shower and toilet facilities are shared with other campers and are located about 25 yards from the yurt. Also available for parties, single or multi day events.

Beautiful property with easy access to walking paths, an idyllic pond, outdoor shower etc. Clean and well kept, and the host was very communicative. The RV site is easy to hookup but note that it lacks a bit of privacy as it’s situated within the parking lot for the other tent camp sites. Overall a nice experience!

This was our second time camping at the farm. We would definitely come stay again! Thom welcomed us in-person when we checked in. The setting was really beautiful and fairly quiet, with occasional noise from cars/trucks on the state highway nearby. Walking to our site through meadows and alongside the trees was a nice treat while lugging our things. Firewood was available when we checked in and throughout our stay (for $10 per bundle via Venmo), so we were able to cook on the fire for several meals.

We had a great visit over Labor Day weekend to Thomas's land. We chose a drive up site in the field (number 4). Thomas was very friendly and answered all of our questions (we had a small schoolie and wanted to make sure the spot would be appropriate). We were surrounded by 5 foot high goldenrod, blue sky and the mountains off in the distance. It was quiet and we enjoyed using the fire pit and the picnic table Thomas dropped off. We didn't need to use the solar shower, but it looked very functional. We would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we've stayed at this spot, and it was just as wonderful as last year's stay. The RV site with electric and water hook up is just off the parking area, so access is very easy, but it still has wonderful views of the ponds and flower fields. The site is well-maintained: grass is mowed, site is clean, hook-ups are easy. We stayed here with our young daughter and our dog, and they enjoyed exploring the trails through the fields. We'd definitely recommend this spot for campers who need/want electric and water hook-up, and we would definitely come here again!

Site 4 - Sanctuary Camp

I stayed in Sanctuary site #4. So long as you know what to expect, it's a great place to stay. Very quiet and private tent sites. The Sanctuary and Cathedral sites are a 10-15 minute walk from the car parking lot. There's a cart to bring your stuff out to the site. I just packed up a backpacking backpack with the stuff I'd need. There's a port-a-john near the parking lot and a portable bag toilet at the sites (gotta pack it out...), but no flush toilets. There's a very nice (warm!) solar shower, nearish to where you park. There's also a water spigot near where you park (I brought a water jug to fill up to have convenient water at the site). Wood available for a small extra fee, and they can deliver it to your site. Overall, I would recommend it. Nice place!

Cabin Glamp at the Pond

This was really a lovely property that had a lot going for it. The queen bed in the cabin tent was comfortable and left just enough room for an air mattress next to it, which worked well for my group. The platform space outside has nice lighting and a really pretty view of the pond. On the flip side, the tent did not zip up along the bottom of the door- the zipper was broken and there was an extension cord fed through the opening. I woke up at 5:30am and my dog had just discovered this escape route. He was a very good boy and stuck around, but I wouldn’t have stayed here had I known the tent did not close fully. The bathroom situation also left a bit to be desired. The porta potty in the parking area was in need of service/emptying and didn’t have TP, and the outhouse was actually a toilet seat over a bowl with a roll of plastic bags with which to line the bowl…then remove and throw away. I’m generally not too sensitive about sanitary facilities but this was unpleasant, especially for the amount I paid for this place. There is a fair amount of visual privacy between this site and others with trees/shrubbery, but there was a very large group in a neighboring site that was up past midnight playing music and having a fun time. This is again not something I’m terribly sensitive about, but I figured I’d mention it as somewhat unusual since a lot of campgrounds have more strict quiet hours.

This was a huge disappointment. The property was seriously neglected. The RV pad is located 20 feet, with a direct view of an older dilapidated trailer with a tarp on the roof to keep the rain out. Not at all the vibe that anyone would enjoy or feel safe. Did not meet the owner since he would be available in a few hours so I drove on to a State Campground nearby to salvage the weekend. I guess I will need to be more careful in the future in asking questions and doing some research in advance. Hopefully I can post an accurate picture of my experience.

Great location, pretty private sight. Host was very accommodating and friendly. I would do some weed-whacking around fire pit and tent platform due to overgrowth, but besides that everything else was as listed and some extras provided (like grill and grilling utensils, lamp etc. )
