250 YEARS - CELEBRATE OUR NATION'S BIRTHDAY BY CAMPING!! In these economic times, tent camping is an easy way to attend events and cut your expenses. Now is the time to book your 2026 campsites. This is a private property of rustic 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.

Smack dab in the middle of the FingerLakes Region of NYS within an easy drive to lakes, mountains, state parks i.e. outdoor recreation for all seasons. Accessible to the Finger Lakes and smaller lakes: Canandaigua, Honeoye, Canadice, Hemlock, Keuka, Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. State and multiple County and community parks - all the region has to offer: outdoor activities i.e. boating to hiking or indoor activities like casinos, shopping or dining. NO STREET LIGHTS: yet only a few miles from happening activities. Stargazing and celestrial observations as well as nocturnal/daytime wildlife and birds....if that's your thing! Plant species such as mosses and ferns. Both SEASONED OR NEW TO OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMPERS....adults or families enjoy their stay. Wrap around porch to hang out on (i.e. rain, wind or shine for shelter, board games, card games, etc.) Nearby there are apple orchards, corn mazes along with festivals, casinos and shopping malls. 10 acres of bushes, trees and open land. Camper, not so much, indoor lodging too. (bnb - Pleasant Place II or Countryside Victor - 2 listings). Grab a reasonably priced tent or popup campsite while attending the CGI Rochester Jazz Festival (Jun 23- Jul 1, 2023) or inquire about a bnb home stay. There are camp sites in open or wooded area which accommodates tents. The site is set back from the road for privacy. Gaze into the night sky - NO STREET LIGHTS!🤗 Must carry supplies from driveway back to camp sites (about 400 feet) - no vehicle access off driveway. It is located on private land (10 acres) in a crime-free area of bushes, trees andopen land. Camper....... not so much, indoor lodging too. (bnb - Pleasant Place II or Countryside Victor - 4 listings).

    Finally a site away from the road. I was able to get the best night of sleep , after my last few places that me down. The host was welcoming and provided me with a lot of good information
