If you ever experienced, as a kid, going to the country to visit grandparents - this is an adventure just like that with dirt (mud puddles and all) driveway (approx. 1000 ft. long). This is a private property of 10 acres of lightly wooded, sloping areas with a pond and a private residence of 2300 sq. ft. which have guest rooms available as a BnB - Book rooms on Booking.com or AirBnB. It is NOT a manicured estate but rather land with mowed rustic trails with a old pond with water critters, bullfrogs, fishes, water spiders, tiny snails. There is an occasional Blue Herring, Wood Ducks and Canadian Geese that stop by as well as other wildlife.NO STREET LIGHTS: yet only a few miles from happening activities. Stargazing and celestrial observations as well as nocturnal/daytime wildlife and birds....if that's your thing! Both SEASONED OR NEW TO OUTDOOR ADVENTURE CAMPERS....adults or families enjoy their stay. Wrap around porch to hang out on (i.e. rain, wind or shine for shelter, board games, card games, etc.) Nearby there are apple orchards, corn mazes along with festivals, casinos and shopping malls. 10 acres of bushes, trees and open land. Camper, not so much, indoor lodging too. (bnb - Pleasant Place II or Countryside Victor - 4 listings).

I tent camped here during the eclipse. It was a good stay. The town of Victor had a nice street to explore and get some craft beer. Faith also let me stay past my checkout time to watch the eclipse since I wasn't staying the night on eclipse day.

Country Colorful Sights & Sounds

Faith’s land is well maintained, sunny with shady spots, and there’s wild berries to pick. Faith was very accommodating to our little family, and we loved her animals that mostly stayed inside but we got to play with them. She let us borrow a camping table and chairs during our stay. I was glad I could charge my phone on the wrap around porch. Would recommend.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot than at Faith's land. Like camping at a friend's place. Everything was mowed, firewood waiting. I stayed while working a local event. Having access to the Powderroom made my stay even nicer. Faith herself was s lovely host. You can tell she loves hosting, a true pleasure

Faith's property is so lovely and she was incredibly accommodating of our late arrival. The camping spot was peaceful and private and the land is nice and flat. We had a great stay! Would reccommend!
