Description

Camping at Trail’s End will give you prime access to the Seagull River, plus Seagull, Gull, and Saganaga Lakes. You’ll notice an interesting difference between parts of the campground – some spots were razed by fire, others weren’t touched at all. It really is a fascinating place to see how a forest rebounds after a wildfire. A fair number of the campsites are walk-to spots, perfect for pitching a tent. If you’re lucky you can snag one with a water view, or better yet, water access. You’ll also be right next to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, a remote chunk of northern Minnesota’s Superior National Forest that showcases the best of this region of the country.

Fantastic campground with excellent swimming at the edge of the BWCAW. Come in July/August and find thousands of wild blueberries right in your campsite.
