The beach was much better than I expected! There were a lot of surfers there that weekend, which was fun to watch. Nice trails nearby. Nice and quiet campground.

The scenery is beautiful. The beach is very accessible and walkable.
When we made our reservation they knew the length of our pull behind trailer. With our wheels on the concrete pad I had to climb under our trailer to access the sewer hook up. Not cool! We have two large non-aggressive dogs that travel with us. We keep them on a short leash when walking them out of consideration of other people. We had several problems with other peoples dogs on long leashes or running loose. I witnessed three dog fights on the beach while there. One, the dog attacked was on a leash and attacked by one unleashed. The other two the dogs were off leash. I contacted the young lady at the check in office about the issue. I recommended posted signs about keeping dogs leashed. She said that "its on the website". She said she would tell someone. I got the feeling that she really didn't care.
The large garbage can was almost always full. Because the can lids were always open a bit either Crows or other critters would get in and scatter paper and garbage around. I probably won't be back.

Such a beautiful & peaceful location. It was a lovely, quiet campground. The tiny cabin was so cozy, it was the perfect size. I’d definitely recommend this spot to a friend.

Overall we had a good experience. However we could not get the showers to work and the dumpster was overflowing and garbage was all over the ground with birds picking at it

Great campsite and right on the beach. Everything was clean and kept up well. Real friendly folks running the place, and down to help. If you are looking for a little more privacy I would recommend taking one of the sites in the back where there are trees and a little space between the sites. it only adds a minute to your walk to the beach. The tent sites marked "beachfront" are close together and have no physical separation between them except your car. That being said, we had a great time at our spot, our "neighbors" were friendly, and the fire enjoyable.

Amazing! Words can’t describe the beauty of the scenery! I stayed at one of the tent sites. I had plenty of room and privacy on the creek. Bathrooms were clean. Hosts were very friendly.

Everything about the campground was amazing! I arrived later into the night after closing but the host Heather kept me updated on the checkin process. I picked site 64 which gave an absolutely beautiful view of the water from my tent, but the wind did give a little bit of a headache while setting up and breaking down camp. The showers were a big plus though! Absolutely would stay again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. My campsite was perfectly located across from the beach. Falling asleep to the sound of the water was exactly what I wanted.
The grounds are very well maintained including the bathrooms. Bring your own towel and soap as a backup when going to the bathrooms.
I will definitely return during off-season. I can imagine it being packed during peak time.

We camped there in March (early season). The staff was really great and friendly! I didn't bring a gas-grill so I asked them for a fire pit grilling grate to cook steaks ... they provided one quickly. The beach is huge, amazing and relaxing, but there were also people not relaxing and surfing the waves instead. The campsites are a little tight/cozy, but the views and time spent on the walking the beach or hiking the nearby trails are worth it.

Genuinely the most beautiful camp site I’ve ever been to. They have bathrooms on site (toilet, sink), sink to wash dishes, the beach was truly the most incredible view I’ve ever seen. I slept like a baby. The staff was also extremely accommodating and inviting 🫶🏻 can’t wait to come back

Set up just like any other mass tent grounds but far nicer. All the sites were well placed out with plenty of room. Nice toilets (rv style) and sink to wash dishes. All the sites have a view of the water and you can hear the ocean all night. We came in the off season, so not many campers. I can see how crazy this place could get in the summer.

Possibly my favorite campsite of the week. The location could not be beat. The check in was warm and friendly. The site had every amenity we would possibly need, even got a load of laundry done. Super clean bathrooms and outdoor space. We would absolutely come back in the future.

Wonderful site across the road from the beach! Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a lot of stuff in their little store that saved us when we forgot our bug spray.
