We were at campsite #2 and stayed for several days, it was great - we were so happy we chose this spot! Beautiful view, very private campsite, spacious, well kept! There was plenty of room for our two tents, we could have easily set up another one with the space. The only thing to note is that the drive up the hill to the campsite was rough for my little Toyota Corolla, if you have a low sitting car you’re going to bottom out, but with some maneuvering and strategy we figured out how to go up and down without major impact & also limited our times coming and going from the site. Overall a great place to camp and close to many breweries, wineries, outdoor adventures, etc. highly recommend!

This was the absolute perfect spot to enjoy a fall weekend with my dogs and boyfriend. Site 1 was very secluded and had the best view!!! We also enjoyed a couple of wineries and breweries nearby. We visited the weekend of 1 November and the leaves were gorgeous!!!!

Our stay at Jeff's place was great! Beautiful view, and plenty of space. Our site was equipped with a hammock, firepit, and dartboard, which made for a comfortable and entertaining experience. Plus, the site is conveniently located near JMU. We strongly encourage you to book a stay at Jeff's place!!

My dog loves the place. Felt very private and the sunrise view from the campsite was gorgeous.
Tips: There are a few cool shops nearby, make sure you make time for them as well. Bring earplugs as the highway traffic can be fairly audible from the top overnight.

Fantastic camping spot. 10/10 would recommend. Incredible views, a clean fireplace, nicely manicured grass that made camping very comfortable. Jeff was friendly. We certainly hope to be back!

Beautiful sunrise over mountains
There is a huge Verizon tower in between site 1 & site 2 (which are passed the house /barn on the property) both sites are on the top looking word the east of Shenandoah mountains.
ETA 30 mins from the two south entrances of SNP
Beautiful sunrise, clean sites, wonderful property, host communicated. We didn’t need anything but he was available to help.
We brought proper arrangements for bathroom. Would be nice to have an outhouse shed specifically for a portable toilet.
We had a wonderful experience and hope to revisit! I recommend.

Site 2 - Dices Spring Farm Camp with a VIEW
The site was up a somewhat steep dirt road, but did not have trouble with our 22 ft trailer. The view was astounding, looking over the valley. I just wish the thunderstorm that was predicted had happened, what a sight that would have been! Hoping to stay there on our way back north.

Jeff’s farm is quick and easy to get to from I81. We stayed just one night and it had everything we needed for a peaceful stay with a fabulous view!

Lovely spot for a perfect fall weekend. Great views. Yes, you hear the hum of 81 but you don’t see it and it’s not a problem. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite spots.
This site was off to the side of a very large open field on top of (what felt the as the world) a hill that looked over town.
Fantastic views, great sunrise/sunset and obviously fantastic signal.
Looking forward to being back.

Definitely one of our favorite campsites. The view was amazing! The site is large and private. Cell service was great! LOL! The driveway confused us a bit and we weren’t sure we were going the right way (despite the hosts totally clear and accurate directions). So that was on us. We would most definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Jeff’s site. Spent 3 nights with my wife and pup. Would stay again. There is some road noise but as city folks it’s not something that bothered us. The space is pretty private, plenty for a roaming pup. The view is really beautiful.

we had a good, straightforward stay. be aware that the site is very close to I-81, so while we didn’t see a single car, they were very audible all through the night. the sunrise view in the morning was exceptional however!

Site #2 offered great views and privacy. Our dog loved the space to run and we enjoyed an evening by the fire. We appreciated the level, grassy space to set up a tent, and did not hear or see the second campsite from our site. The host found us heading up the wrong driveway and was super kind and showed us the right way to go. Jeff was friendly and communicative over the app and also left us a bucket of water and a fire extinguisher at the campsite which was thoughtful for fire safety. As some other reviews mention, you can hear a bit of noise from I-81 but it is not bothersome (basically like white noise). We would recommend this to others!

Amazing place to camp at the top of a mountain overlooking the valley below. I stayed in campsite 2 which has a bit more shade than campsite 1. Perfect solitude up there as I never saw a sole during my stay. My small SUV made it up to the top where the campsite just fine, however a low clearance car might have issues. You can hear road noise from Interstate 81 but it really wasn’t a big deal. You have great cell service up there, lol as there are 2 cell phone towers right next to site 2. Again, no big deal as they don’t obstruct the amazing views. Wake up early to catch the sunrise! It was a beautiful place to pitch a tent. I will be back to this gem of a campsite,

This place was amazing. We stayed at site 1. There was so much space and the view is outstanding. Jeff was super accommodating and it was private so my kids could roam free. We will be back when he opens next camping season!

Dices Spring Farm was an awesome getaway. Beautiful views from the campsite. Stayed in site 1, very private, could not see site 2 from from our site. Once up the hill, very level and plenty of room. There is some traffic noise from I-81, but the views certainly made up for it. Great breeze, only needed fan at night, which also drowned out the hum of traffic.
Conveniently located near, Shenandoah Park, Staunton, etc.
Would definitely visit again!
