There is a house on the property and may not be right for the traveler who is looking for a remote experience. No water or toliet. The site is perfect for weary travelers who need an overnight break from the road. And is very close to Interstate 90. The site is nestled in wine country. With an amazing view of Lake Erie. The 30 amp service is in front of a large hedge between the house next to the Amish shed. The 30 amp Service is on a developed driveway. The site is on private land on a rural road with a Breathtaking views of lake Erie sunsets and Canadian windmills. A gentle breeze and stargazing welcomes you. Nearby activities include horseback, riding, wine tasting, breweries, Chautauqua Institution, Amish markets, rural bike riding, hiking along the Chautauqua gorge. Limited man-made light perfect for stargazing. Serenade by farm animals nearby with plenty of deer, crickets and silence except for the Fourth of July. Bear, Deer, coyote, song birds, bunnies abundant. NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREADS that will chase or hunt the wildlife. NO FIREWORKS. Firewood can be picked up in town or forged on the property. No cutting down or damaging trees. This is a quiet area not for any loud noises or partying. One night fee charge if garbage is left behind (that includes cigarette butts). Sorry about all the rules but, you never know. Back acres provide plenty of hiking and a secret beaver dam. May need levelers because there is a mild incline on the driveway. Please camp on the driveway. Grass tends to stay wet and could be a problem getting stuck. LEAVE NO TRACE. GARBAGE IN/GARBAGE OUT. Send me a picture of your set up!!! This place was so beautiful! View of the lake and wine country was fantastic! Sunsets and star visibility was really great! Local beaches like Ripley beach was a fun experience too. I would definitely stay here again! Some things to be mindful of when booking: The lot is not level so bring extra blocks for your jack and stabilizers. I had to readjust a few times to find the best spot. If you have pets that are afraid of loud noises like fireworks, there is a gunshot like noise that goes off through out the hour, pretty much all day. Im not sure what it is, but I think it's related to the train that passes through, because I noticed it would go off and shortly after there would be a train. Personally my dog was not a fan of this, so pack a thunder vest if you need one for your pets.

Easy access off of Rt 90 with prompt access to a lovely town, Westfield - with a top notch coffee/breakfast place: Full Strength Coffee. The land was quiet and we had electrical hook-up. As noted by Diane, there is no water for filling but we had plenty when we arrived, so no problem. There appeared to be a camera that monitored the property - cool, and maybe listed on the property description, but is something to note. Overall, a great stay and much appreciated on our cross country trip.

AMAZING STAY AND VIEWS! Host, Diane, was great! She shared local happenings and restaurants. The property was secluded, yet minutes away from downtown Westfield and local wineries/attractions. There’ a Love’s gas station nearby and off I-90 with a dump station, so very convenient. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

She Shed for the win!

We loved our stay at the She Shed!!! We were looking for a last minute spot to just be for a bit & found this spot! It’s a lovely, quiet, and private location w a view of the lake & just a few minutes from a quaint little town! We found a nice spot 10 minutes away with good parking & easy access to the lake! Super pleased!

Beautiful peaceful spot with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. We we able to enjoy the eclipse and then the beautiful stars at night. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well. Would definitely return.

Very peaceful place with awesome views, so close to wineries I wish I planned more time. Diane was an awesome hostess! Space was a little tight for my big truck and 18ft trailer but it only took a few extra maneuvers 😉

SUCH a lovely little spot!

We had a little trouble finding it at night, but once we did, it was easy to get connected to power and settled in! It's SO quiet with amazing views of the lake and the open sky. Diane was LOVELY and a great communicator! SUPER recommended!
