A Nature Lovers Paradise. 40 acres of private land on a rural road with a developed driveway 30 amp service and Amish rain shelter. Breathtaking views of lake Erie sunsets and Canadian windmills. A gentle breeze and stargazing welcomes you. Nearby activities include horseback, riding, wine tasting, breweries, Chautauqua Institution, Amish markets, rural bike riding, hiking along the Chautauqua gorge. Limited man-made light perfect for stargazing. Serenade by farm animals nearby with plenty of deer, crickets and silence except for the Fourth of July. Bear, Deer, coyote, song birds, bunnies abundant. NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREADS that will chase or hunt the wildlife. Rustic picnic table on site. NO FIREWORKS. Firewood can be picked up in town or forged on the property. No cutting down or damaging trees. This is a quiet area not for any loud noises or partying. One night fee charge if garbage is left behind (that includes cigarette butts). Port-a-potty on site. Sorry about all the rules but, you never know. Back acres provide plenty of hiking and a secret beaver dam. The driveway newly installed 2022 and directly off the road. Will need levelers because there is a mild incline. LEAVE NO TRACE. We loved our stay at the She Shed!!! We were looking for a last minute spot to just be for a bit & found this spot! It’s a lovely, quiet, and private location w a view of the lake & just a few minutes from a quaint little town! We found a nice spot 10 minutes away with good parking & easy access to the lake! Super pleased!

Diane was quick to respond to any questions. Very nice view on Lake Erie. Nice private spot.The spot was a little tight setting up my 31’ coach, just had to make a couple extra maneuvers which was no big deal.

Beautiful peaceful spot with a beautiful view of Lake Erie. We we able to enjoy the eclipse and then the beautiful stars at night. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises as well. Would definitely return.

Nice spot in a really beautiful area. Diane was very accommodating of a late reservation. The spot is private with a great view.

Very peaceful place with awesome views, so close to wineries I wish I planned more time. Diane was an awesome hostess! Space was a little tight for my big truck and 18ft trailer but it only took a few extra maneuvers 😉

We had a little trouble finding it at night, but once we did, it was easy to get connected to power and settled in! It's SO quiet with amazing views of the lake and the open sky. Diane was LOVELY and a great communicator! SUPER recommended!

Great view of Lake Erie. Host brought us firewood to use. There is electric but no water or toilet which wasn’t a problem. Lots of breeze from the lake
